Welcoming and efficient staff team at the reception, nice breakfast selection (especially warm bread and variety of different cheeses and hams), nice bedroom with comfy beds. Free parking over the weekend. Short walk to the city centre and Prater. Perfect location. Thank you!

There's this beautiful backyard green space that is absolutely unique. It creates a tranquil atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was allowed to smoke there. I could smell cigarettes as soon as I opened my bedroom door in the morning. And I absolutely hated it. This is the only one thing that I dislike about the hotel.

The hotel was open and airy with big rooms. There was also a beautiful courtyard that guests could use, with a well stocked honesty bar.

The location was very convenient for the airport, literally 3 min walk from Praterstern station (tip, you don't need to take the CAT for EUR 12, the normal OBB train gets to Praterstern in the same time that the CAT gets to Matte, but for only EUR 4). However, it is a long walk from the hotel to the centre of town. The hotel district is fairly quiet, with only a few options for bars and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the hotel and our stay there..very convenient hotel in walking distance to the railway station, very nice decoration, beautiful garden, comfortable bed and very clean room.. the hotel breakfast was really nice, service was like as we were in a cafe not a hotel breakfast room..everything we ate was delicious, enough selection of food and drink...we will come back for sure...from outside hotel looks like an ordinary building but inside is very well decorated and designed.

I do not have anything negative to say about the hotel ...

Ideal location - very easy to go from Praterstern anywhere you like, there is a grocery store (Billa) working from very early till very late. Luscious green plants, covering the walls of the inner yard, are really beautiful. People at the reception are friendly and polite, also you can find there some useful booklets of museums and exhibitions - I actually visited Heidi Horten collection because of it. Breakfast was good, especially various cheeses. The hotel has a distinct personality, and I liked being there.

the bed was weirdly high, though I wouldn't call it a real inconvenience.

I visited Vienna during 16 - 23 March 2023 for attending the academic conference AMSE 2023 hosted by University of Vienna. The location of the hotel is nice. It takes only 3-5 minutes on foot from the hotel to the nearest Subway station Praterstern. I choose this hotel mainly because it is only three stations away from the conference site. While at the same time, Praterstern is only 2-3 stations away from the downtown area Stephansplatz populated for toursim. Therefore, it takes only 10 to 15 min in total to reach the downtown area from this hotel. Public transportation in Vienna city is very convenient, subway is available every 3 to 8 minutes. The travel in-between airport (VIE) and Praterstern is also easy, with zero or maximum one transition inside a station (Wien Mutte). In addition, there is large supermarket Billa at the Praterstern station, where I can access a variety of fruits, juices, breads, toasts, cooked meats and other other foods with an afforadable price. As for the facilities and service of this hotel, the room is large and clean. All staff members are very friendly and they are ready to help. For example, I asked the staff to lend me some dining tools and they are very willing to offer the help. In the evening the hotel is very quite, good for having a deep sleep. The breakfast is also nice. Putting all these together, I think its price is competitive and reasonable, especially in comparison to the hotels in or close to the Vienna downtown area (the Vienna Ring). Therefore, I would give a strong recommendation for this hotel and I would like to consider it again for my revisit in Vienna in future.

The location was ideal for us, with only about 20 minutes away from the old town and about a 5 min walk from the public transport station making it very quick and easy to get to different sites. The hotel had a lovely inner patio to relax in after a long day of sightseeing and the Honesty Bar is amazing. I've never seen something like that and I'm really impressed, how easy and honest it is to have a glass of wine or beer in your own time. All staff were friendly, helpful and answered any questions or queries we had.

The room was big but advertised as "with a garden view", we were on the top floor with ceiling windows so we couldn't really see the inner courtyard. The rooms were very simple and slightly outdated but very clean, the only thing missing was a mirror, but really, it's all just picking on small things, we really enjoyed our stay.

Location: 5 min walk from Praterstern and a 10min walk from Prater Park. Praterstern is accesible from city and airport direct. Also tram available. The garden is beautiful and serene. The staff were excellent. They have an honesty bar which is reasonably priced. Coffee and tea behind the desk are available. The building is beautiful and full of artwork and lives up to its name. The building and common areas were clean. Room service was good. Hot water and water pressure were both good. Bed and linen were all clean.

The room was not as well maintained as it could have been. The room and bathroom were generally clean but the bed was against the wall and the wall could have done with a clean especially where the head of the bed was. This is more of a maintenance issue as well as cleanliness I guess. I pulled he bed out slightly so that I didn't have to make contact with the wall.

Easy approach to find from A4 & 227. Various public transport all virtually on doorstep and easy to hop on and hop off. Hotel was Great, would recommend and stay again. Breakfast was ample and good. Very good and friendly traditional pub called The Bell close by. Plenty of local shops. Great Staff.

No pedestrian signposts giving directions in and around inner town and all popular areas within Vienna. The tourist areas were lacking charm and ambience

The staff was very helpful during all the stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for us, the room was not big but very cozy and had everything what we needed. We liked the idea of honesty bar :) The location of the hotel is good - the metro, train and tramway stations are very close.

Maybe could be more options of warm meals in the breakfast (we found only boiled eggs), cold meals are quite many options

Breakfast was very good. Location very convenient. Even though it is an older building, the renovation status is very pleasant.

Unfortunately the gentlemen at the reception led us to believe that the breakfast when included, when it was not. As a result we took the breakfast unaware, which was then of course charged to the room. May have been a small mistake but took us by surprise at checkout
