Good location and friendly staff. Nice and proper room for the city and the money we paid.

We were very shocked to hear we need to pay 50 euro deposit for not smoking or damaging the room which money we got back when the receptionist came at 5 in the morning just before we leave to check the room. This has never happened to us before. There was not an ATM nereby so we left 40 pounds in exchange. Would think about if I would come back here because of the deposit.

I loved and appreciated the supportive and generous staff. They have all been extremely helpful and respectful throughout the stay. I had a problem with my room selection, they helped me with no problem or aggression although I was at the wrong. The room was too hot, they did not hesitate to bring us an extra fan which was beyond helpful. My experience all over in the hotel had encouraged the experience in vienna.

Though it wasn’t the most necessary thing, however, the fridge was not working.

Arrived there late at night. Great staff to welcome you. Now, it’s a bit of a hassle to get there, but there are trams, once one figures out how to use them, and it’s just four minute walk from the hotel. Room, I ordered one person room. It was small but enough, there was a fridge too. Over all a very nice worth it stay. I would, as a solo traveller, for sure stay there again. It is worth every penny.

There were ants, but not a noticeable problem.

The price was very low. We spent just a night in this hotel and we didn't have much expectations. We checked in very late, despite the description they told us on the phone we can check in any time. Room was very clean, very nice, good bathroom and separate toilet.

It is located far away from the center.

We want stay their but Room was very cold we was only 10 mins their after that left the room we was 22.07 their and 22.17 we left the room because no heating no light in rooms but we pay for 10 mins 50€ bad deal I was Nepal better from Austria hotel their and clean too normally booking.com give my money back but how care I was their my next holidays in canada I want littlebit better and cheap also

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the clothes court was spacious, which provides better comfort as it is not necessary to go through the suitcase to find your belongings. The location is not the most central, however I still think it was a good choice for having a bus stop very close and with a recurrent flow of transport.

The shower stall is poorly designed and ends up wetting the floor a lot. Maybe if they put in a good rug it would reduce the discomfort of having water all over the floor.

It's worth the money and easy to travel with public transportation.

Due to the hot weather we were required to sleep with the windows open and thus the street noise would bother some.

The owner is kind and he gave me good attention and he has good attitude

The recepcionist when I arrived (are changing turns) all of them are kind, but 1 of them is not polite

A big shoutout to the recepcionists, they were so polite, helpful and nice, they are the main reason why I will book this hotel again for my next trip to Vienna.
