Location is superb! Room is very spacious! Got a bath tub and separate shower area! Do not think twice to book this wonderful place if you will visit Vienna and oh, breakfast is superb so include it in your booking.

Kindly ask to avoid rooms adjacent to the narrow street especially if you will be staying for the weekend. There is this bar that is crowding the street and the noise can be troublesome especially if you are travelling with the family (children). You can thank me in advance for this info.

We especially liked the staff because they really tried to help you out with whatever question you had. The breakfast was really extensive and quite good. It was interesting because they had an adult breakfast room and a young adult eating room, which was a good idea. The noise level in the adult room was quite low and in the young adult room quite high! The location was very convenient to all the tourist attractions. We could easily walk to many of them. our room was quiet, comfortable, and close to a Turkish restaurant that we liked called Turkis (highly recommend!).

There was a lot of construction going on in the area. There was graffiti on the walls by the hotel. Those things were out of the hotels control though and we never felt in any danger. 

Facilities are basic but perfectly comfortable, secure and clean. It is in a great location with easy access museums, concert/opera halls, and the old city on foot, and to all public transport options for when you need to go further, and return late. Hotel Admiral over delivers on value for money. If you need things such as a flash lobby, a groovy bar, smart restaurant, or an in-house beauty parlour and spa look elsewhere; anyway all of that can be found in Neubau. I would not hesitate to book again.

You are pretty much in the middle of everything..My tip: go left as you walk out to the entrance/exit to venture one day and go right the next day... Left side - lots of restaurants , bars and a SPAR chain for water, quick bites, beer, wine ...etc Right side - lots of locals, it's a thoroughfare for commuters with lots of fast food. Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC and Billa a grocery .. Lots of department stores in this area.. Train , subways ...nearby The staff were great.. get the free breakfast buffet . It's enough to hold you til 3 or 4pm for a nice early dinner. Then drinks in the evening of course. Uber rides are not cheap but cheaper than taxis !!!

Maybe ... I didn't like the construction nearby but that is unavoidable. It's pretty quiet in the back rooms. I stayed in room 40 and 10. It was very quiet from the outside noise but maybe noise from the adjacent rooms during check ins or check outs... it's understandable. Overall, nothing negative really.

The room was warm and clean. No noise from outside. Blinds on the windows made sure we get a proper sleep in the dark. Also it was nice and warm inside. And the size of the room was quite good. Location very good. 15 min walk to the opera house (Staatopera). We did not have breakfast so hard to say if it was nice.

The fan was the weekest I have ever used in my life so it took ages to dry my hair. no other complaints. We had to take a train and underground from the airport to get to this hotel. Basically to get from point a to point B you need to use a public transport.

Staff was really helpful and efficient. We arrived early in the morning before the check-in time, but since the room was already available they let us have the key and allowed us a little rest from the travel. I also needed to print some tickets at the last minute and they assisted us as well. Room was clean and spacious, with a small refrigerator, little couch and desk & chair, and ample closet space. Did not feel cramped at all. Used towels were replaced every day. Museum Quartier is a very short walk across the street.

The decor may seem a bit dated but that did not matter to us because it was all clean. The hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to closest tram and Metro (underground) stations when you want to travel further afield (like the old city center), but then again there already are plenty of other attractions (on the Ringstrasse) within walking distance.

All good, but a warning against paying for parking: it was impossible to get out of if more than 2 cars were in the park where they had 5 spots allocated. Don't even bother unless you have a mini car. Parking was cheaper and easier in a secure public carpark nearby.

We were in this hotel for the first time last year. Because we were satisfied we chose this accomodation again. The hotel is fitting for the basic needs of a tourist: a good bed, shower, toilet and an abundant breakfast. Thereby the center is very nearby, and a place for the car for a reduced price. Although the room was a smaller ore than the first time, nevertheless it was comfortable, with shower, toilet and a little fridge.

Although we received a room on the backside, that means: not noisy, of the hotel, in the evening and early in the morning there were some men sitting in the inner space loud speaking for hours ! Fortunately the receptionist of the night took effective measures, after our call for mediation by telefone.

The hotel is in a great location very close to all main museums. You can walk from there to all attractions (if you like walking). The staff at the hotel was really helpful and polite. Bed was comfortable and room very clean and well maintain. There was shampoo, soap, tissues and hairdryer in the bathroom. Fridge is available in the room. Heating was working well. Room is quite big with the little corridor and very nice private bathroom.

You can hear everything that is happening in the rooms next door and in the corridor. My neighbour decided to have Skype conference with someone at 6am! and I was not able to sleep...I recommend earplugs if you want to have a good sleep. It would be really nice if there was a kettle in the room but unfortunately there was none. Breakfast was ok and I am glad I had this included from the genius discount as would not pay the price they charge (£11). Options are quite limited for what they are charging.

Everything. Very good value for money - at least for what I paid. Very comfy and clean room. Telly and enough space for one person. Overlooking the street but very quiet at night. Very central location, in the heart of the museum Quarter. Plenty of bars a, restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast simple but good, German style mostly. Helpful stuff. I'll definitely go back and stay there.

Perhaps a bit more variety for breakfast and an extra pillow
