Club Hotel Cortina

The accommodation is in a pleasant, quiet area. Parking was free on weekends. The staff is nice, several of them are Hungarian, so communication was smooth. We got a room with a garden connection, it was very pleasant to sit out in the back garden in the evening. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, which means that many of the city's sights can be easily reached within 10-20 minutes. (Schönbrunn - 2-3 stops)

Some warm sausage, bacon or hot dogs for breakfast would be great, there was only a little scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, but it ran out so quickly. Rather cold breakfast was available, but it was OK.

A cozy hotel in a quiet residential area with beautiful green. Staff are all very nice and professional. Breakfast is excellent. I felt at home and took a good rest after a long flight

Only the first day was a nightmare, since I didn’t have a phone connection as I just arrived in Austria in the evening. It was raining, and I had to carry my heavy suitcase and walk from the nearest underground station for my Check-in before 22:00, not knowing the way. (I even got off a wrong station with a similar name). No phone, no taxi arrangement (of course!)

The room, bathroom and bed was extremely clean and organized. I was very surprised to see this in a hotel with this affordable prices. It was definetely better than most of the budget hotel chains. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception who gave a warm welcome and helped about the city/metro. A few supermarkets and a metro station nearby the hotel. Supermarkets are 5 min, and the metro station is 7-8 min walking distance.

The metro station is actually pretty close to the hotel, it wasn't a problem for me. But if you are traveling with lots of luggage and coming to the hotel by metro, walking from the station to the hotel might be a little bit difficult to carry all that luggage with you.

The personnel was very nice. The room was nice and clean.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the nights were really warm. Also there is no parking at the property - public parking in the street, although expensive, is at least a hundred meters away (if free) and if one travels with children it is quite difficult to carry all the luggage while being cautious to pay the EUR 2/hour ticket before you get accommodated in the closest street parking. Our recommendation is to ask the parking ticket at the hotel desk first thing when you arrive, before check in, and only then start unloading. Else parking tickets cannot be found easily and you risk a huge parking fine.

The location is simply wonderful, in the beautiful green district of Hietzing. Only one stop with U4 from Hütteldorf (which is a stop for the Westbahn train), Ober St. Veit, and a 10 min walk through a lovely neighborhood (perfectly safe also at night, even for a woman alone). My hotel room was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. There was a kettle, although no coffee or tea, and a minibar. I did not have breakfast but from what I saw passing by, the buffet looked nice. Overall, good value for money and I'll probably return on future trips.

Large room, tv, fridge, Air Conditioning in Vienna's September heat wave, extra bed in separate room if needed. Location in quiet, residential neighborhood, convenient bus stop outside hotel.

That the elevator didn't go to top floor, so we had to carry suitcases up and down a floor.

The hotel is not new, but nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very responsive to our requests. The location is very convenient, easy to get around the city.

Our window faced the street and it was rather noisy, especially in the morning. There is no air conditioning, and it gets stuffy after a hot day, so you have to keep the window open. We asked to change the room, but the hotel was all booked.

Very polite and friendly staff. The room was already warm when I arrived and the shower had good warm water flow. It was very clean and tidy.

I could hear a guy (probably the other room close to mine) speaking on the phone all the evening very clearly and nailing sound on the roof or wall as well… it was not a noise-proof room. I had to wear a pair of ear plugs to sleep without the guy’s talking on the phone.

I like the fact that the place is really clean and quite and the staffs are friendly, Breakfast was ok.

The only problem I had was parking space...The hotel carrage is 15 euro per day which is too expensive and it's risky to park outside..i had to go and park in P+R and I had to come back to the hotel with Bus...it was so stressfu...otherwise the hotel was great 👍

The man at the reception, very rigid. He didn't have the patience to calmly explain the access to the room ... it was a more twisted hallway.
