Location was perfect for visiting Murdoch hospital. So convenient just minutes to drive for appointment. Very central and close to other amenities as shops close by on South Street. Room was spacious and very clean and great ensuite bathroom. Parking out the front was convenient. We will definitely stay here again when next in Perth.

No complaints just perfect accommodation.

Mark was very friendly and the condition of the entire room and house was well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the toilet facilities were also good.

The doors and walls are rather thin so when it is quiet, you can almost hear other sounds outside of the room. But it is not a big deal. I also found the airconditioner a little creaky.

I normally do not eat much so bread, butter and milk are enough. The place is very homie, much better than staying in a hotel. I have met some good friendly persons at Murdoch Station although we have had a very short stay this time.

In would like to have more toilets so do not have to wait but the place was built like that the owner cannot change.

Probly the owner down to earth he's kind and helpful, if I don't know he tells me how to do it and where I go here to there. Thank you very much for helping me... I would like to intruduce to my friends if you want to find the short stay while your visit in Perth book to this B&B at Murdoch Station.

Communication was great, Mark promptly contacted me after I booked to give me the door code. Mark is a polite, friendly and helpful host. Mark cooked us a delicious breakfast. I parked my car in the driveway close to the front door. a short walk for my elderly mother.

Close to the Hospital. You could cater for yourself as the kitchen was well equiped. Comfy lounging areas. Refrigerator was available. Bathroom was clean. Mark cooked a yummy basic poached eggs on toast and Orange juice. Was delightful.

My stay was great and it ticked all the boxes

Very comfortable house with shared facilities. Very spacious with sitting areas available inside and out. Large kitchen dining area for public use. Location is only a few minutes walk from a local shopping centre Breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast maple host is also fabulous

This is a great place to stay - very convenient location close to train station and to CBD (also close to supermarket and pub with exceptional meals). Mark is a great host to deal with - very recommended and definitely would stay again in future. Thank you

Spotless . Close to hospital with the added bonus of the host Mark being able transport husband back and forth when needed, at no cost . Cook breakfast if required..so many cereals to choose from. Tea and coffee whenever we needed it. Lovely outdoor area as well with maintained garden and lawn. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Another person whom was also staying had the shared lounge TV Volume up extremely loud listening to a chuch service...maybe Mark could suggest other occupier's to have some more regard as to the volume.

A warm and welcoming home, with an extremely comfortable bed! Communication with the host was perfect and I had everything I needed for my stay. I had to leave early in the morning so I skipped breakfast - but that's another reason to come back again soon :-)
