All Suites Perth

2 bedroom standard apartment was quite spacious - 2 adults slept in the single beds in the second room, no problem. The beds and bedding were super comfy. Location was great with a 1 minute walk to a CAT bus or you could walk in to the mall which was a bit further. Balcony was good. Coffee machine was appreciated. Oven worked really well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent however there is no information about the property in the room at all. Luckily the appliances were pretty easy to use. It was a serviced apartment but we didn’t know when it was serviced so we just asked them to do it a couple of times during our stay which they did, no problem. Small bar fridge only which was not great for a 12 night stay but we made do.

was very central position, to public transport walking distance to shops, cafe and restaurants. we came to visit family and to attend The World Prayer Assembly 2023 at the convention Center, walking distance. The staff were very accommodating, the washing machine although was new had an issue with pumping water out, staff fixed the issue promptly. The cleaners for got to vacuum our floor, again the staff jumped onto it without any dramas. We stayed a total of 17 days, a great experience would book again. Perth is a beautiful City.

Maybe a little table for the balcony would have been great for our coffee in the morning. Nothing much to fault, after all I’m a glass half full type of person ha ha.

The rooms were comfortable, view from the balcony was excellent. All Suites has a great location, very close to the CBD and Elizabeth Quay - bus service just around the corner. Enjoyed our meal at the Japanese restaurant on site.

The second bedroom had no window and was quite airless, my bed was on a bit of a lean and not very comfortable. The shower was over the bath and quite difficult to get in and out of for me (elderly person with artificial knees). The door to the balcony could not be locked - not SUCH an issue on the 10th floor. Have stayed here before a few times and the other apartments were far superior.

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the river and to the Red Cat bus stop. The room was large and well air conditioned tempereature reached 41 in perth during our stay. There was a good level of kitchen utencils and plates but that could be improved. could do with replacing. The bed was good and reasonably comfortable . Washing machine needed the plumbing changed but that was done very quickly for us.

The fridge was small and the freezer compartment had no door. That was all really

+ prime location: bus stop, cafés, restaurants, Elizabeth Quay and supermarket are within walking distance + clean and tidy studio, having washing machine and drying rack is a plus + friendly front desk and staff + accommodate my requests in time

- furniture is a bit outdated but not a big deal to me - room does have a little smell at the beginning - reception working hours are between 9 to 17:30 though you may self check-in and out

The location was good, in Central Perth. Good accessibility to the other locations, with bus services at both ends of the street. Alot of food options too - Japanese, Indian, Chinese/Asian cuisines located within 5min walk from the apartments. The security measures are good too - only card access after hours, so you'll feel safe as only residents are allowed in.

I would say the steps at the entrance. While there was an option to use the lift, it was a little of hassle to open up the gate to the basement of the hotel. It would be great if there was a ramp that could help. That's the only drawback.

The staff manning the Reception Nathan & Julie are excellent performers and very helpful throughout our stay and prior to our coming by responding to every question we put forward without exception. we felt very welcomed although the property is not 5-Star this was more than compensated by the lovely team we came across. We like everything about All Suites Perth..

Really appreciated all the assistance provided by Nathan and Julie at reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them to assist, noting our booking was for a total group of 13 people over 5 rooms over either 3 or 4 nights.

Bathroom door was squeaky in 1001 and needed oiling. In the one bedroom apartment the bedding items for the sofa bed were stocked inside the sofa (though this wasn't disclosed anywhere in the room and so was time consuming to discover for the persons in that room). It was disappointing that the bottles of water were $3 (they absolutely should have been complimentary).

Good and prompt reception. Staff assisted when a belonging was left behind after stay and kept it safe until it could be collected. Room was cleaned every Thursday with fresh towels and bedsheets provided after every clean. Overall the location was very accessible with the red cat just a hop skip and jump away.😊

A couple of little things but nothing huge. 1. Study chair was broken ( but was fixed by maintenance after bringing to their notice. Thank you) 2. Towel rack in bathroom was broken which would cause towels to fall if there was slight weight put on it.
