Kimberley Hotel

Staff were fabulous, so professional, helpful and friendly especially Tim who works security/crowd control. Facility is VERY secure with proper gates that only guests can access, that’s so reassuring when staying in very remote areas of the country. Room was fairly standard and basic but spotlessly clean and we had a very comfortable and uneventful stay. Would definitely stay again coming through from Perth to Darwin.

Nothing, everything was in order

Didn’t get a chance to dive in the pool but it looked clean and I was keen, the bar/restaurant food is banger absolutely delicious 10/10 would recommend, and the staff were friendly great atmosphere

Check in was abit awkward, if you arrive out of hours make sure you head to the bar to check in

Apartments were very clean and well equipped. Comfy Bed. reception staff very helpful and welcoming

breakfast was very poor, hard toast, mushed eggs. certainly not scrambled. no proper coffee available. One complaint about room, pillows were very cheap and flat.

An oasis after a long drive with everything provided within the confines of the hotel. The lovely reception upon arrival provided a welcoming start. Good clean accommodation and good amenities were most welcomed. The restaurant served wholesome and delicious meals and the coffee machine provided a good coffee. Great place to rest and recharge!

The electronic swipe card was very sensitive and had to be charged again.

They really take on board the necessity for security. Having had issues elsewhere it was wonderful to get a good unbroken sleep. The food was great best meat lovers pizza I have ever had. Girls in reception really helpful. Barmaids and housekeeping lovely. All the staff on the grounds friendly.

Private location of our unit. General cleanliness. Modern facilities. A great shower room, very specious. Welcome toiletry and Kitchen supplies were great. Very helpfull staff at the reception.

Nothing really significant

I liked the location, facilities and staff. We were close to swimming gorges and able to visit the surrounding area. The pool was wonderful, we went swimming every day!

Friendly service, lovely clean room each day, and food at the pub was excellent.

I needed a hair-dryer and microwave so these would have been very helpful if they were in the room.

I was twice there. The first room was a lot nicer then the second one. but both were large and clean. Dinner at the bar is excellent!!!

By the second room the fridge is without a lid to the freezer compartment. The faucet splashes The laundry: there it needs a proper cleaning of the washing machines and the dryer. Both smell bad and I had to wash my clothes twice

The whole place was like an oasis in the desert, really pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, and very large,, great to just relax. The facilities looked well maintained and very clean. Very enjoyable stay.

Quality of the meals a bit ordinary. The room keys were a pain, kept on not working and had to get them re-issued. Had this happen three times.
