The room was clean and the beds were comfy. It had amenities in the bathroom with shampoo and conditioner. The mini bar had a good collection if you are tired from travel and lazy to drive a little distance to the shopping centre. It was not far from the town and accessible from the highway. The staff were helpful and provided what was needed and the internet was pretty good too. The breakfast was not value for money and there were limited options and we were informed that the hot food option was not for all guests including us, which was a little disappointing. But after requesting they did heat the milk. We were eager to swim even though the weather was not suitable however, the pool wasn't clean and we could see plastic wastes floating in the water.

Very friendly helpful staff. The continental breakfast was complimentary and was really good value - lots of choices. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Most rooms are set back from the main road so i didn't experience any traffic noise. Great option offering room service meals at night especially as didn't appear to be any takeaway or restaurants close by. I was on foot.

The only improvement would be the wait time for my meal but it seemed to be a busy night for them and i put my order in 10min before the kitchen closed. The apologised for the long wait so i'm guessing its not the norm.

Comfy beds, comfy pillows, great water pressure in the shower, the room and batheoom were lovely and clean. The staff were just beautiful, and go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is basic, but really nice. They have an awesome coffee machine, that makes every option of coffee possible. While we don't drink coffee, they also had a big tin of hot chocolate, and an option on the coffee machine for hot milk! Perfect!!! The location is perfect for us, and whilst on the main road, there is zero traffic noise inside the rooms. Oh, and we have been twice now, and the reverse cycle ac works a treat in the summer, and we had it cranked to a balmy 30°C this time, as it was a cold, rainy night! This place will definitely always be our go to when we come here.

Accommodation was very easy to find and well located for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, good value, and would use again in the future. Breakfast was adequate. The restaurant provided a very good menu and value for money choice in the evening.

My expectations weren't high for this budget facility but pleasantly surprised. After a long drive you just require somewhere clean and comfortable which Hospitality Inn Geraldton provides. Early morning noise from people's early departures was the only downside. Not something Hospitality Inn can control, just takes a bit of consideration from the guests concerned.

What a lovely big room, comfy couch and a big King size bed that was comfortable. Airconditioning worked well and it was a bit chilly when we travelled through Geraldton. Room had everything we needed and the inclusive buffet breakfast was a bonus. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed as I had seen good reviews, but it was a Monday night so that it understandable. We were offered room service but we decided to try an alternative venue that was open nearby.

Nothing very happy with what we received. It was good value for money.

We booked this hotel as it’s close to the airport after a late flight and what a lovely hotel it is rooms were spotless and big with big comfy beds 😊 we opted we for the breakfast which was great and as much as you wanted so we made the most of that as had a 5 hour drive. We didn’t use the pool but there was lots of people who were maybe next time. Also they have secure parking behind gates not sure you need it but nice to know !!

Nothing everything was great

overall exceptional staff, they were so friendly. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve stayed in thus far. The pool looked crystalline and inviting.The breakfast was amazing for a Continental, with meats, cheeses a variety of breads including gluten free, choices of fruit with both stewed and fresh. The kitchen staff were fantastic and were able to find some beautiful fresh soy free bread for me and then they toasted it for me and put it on a pre warmed plate! wow!

There was one small blip but it was resolved extremely satisfactorily.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was fantastic. We used it as a base to visit Greenough and Kalbarri. It was clean. Breakfast was included. Great value. Will definitely be coming back

Didn't realise that there were no plates and cutlery for a platter we brought with us. In saying that we did ask for plates and knives and the staff was very accommodating. Could not fault them.

1) the car parking space is just in front of your room, very easy to park and spacious 2) the room price includes parking and breakfast. While the breakfast is good and you could order hot breakfast at an affordable price (A$15). they also offer dinner (room service) at a price 3) the staff are nice and the room is clean 4) there is free car washing facilities, this was perfect for us as we wanted to clean up our car before our rental car return

really nothing

stayed there twice this trip so the rooms are ok but a little tired. everything works though and both rooms had a comfy bed. good location on main road into town if coming from the south. it has a great restaurant with big gourmet meals and a good wine list. it’s quite busy. bonus on the room rate is that it includes a continental breakfast and all the staff were friendly and responsive.

it was a little dated but otherwise serviceable for a one night stay.
