The apartment was spacious and clean, so quiet and the location on the reserve area with the ocean behind was just perfect for us. The sounds of birds and frogs in the evening with the distant ocean, the early morning breeze, the quiet garden right outside the door and not too many buildings around made for a really peaceful stay. The apartment itself was stocked with everything we needed, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the central heating worked very well and bonus being silent unlike many.

The shower and bath taps all leaked profusely, the blinds in the bedroom need replacing badly, and the bathroom fan was also hideously loud, enough so that I felt bad using it. Those and the hairdryer seem to be 20 years older than everything else, which is a shame as everything else is really lovely. Nothing big, just some small improvements would make a huge difference to a lovely place.

View of the wetlands waterway bay. Balcony view amazing would have loved to spend daytime afternoon here, afternoon etc. Staff excellent. Managing on their own incredible. Front of house welcoming well groomed helpful informative. Genuinely friendly. Apartment was clean and bedding fresh.

The shower tub was very creaky and the pool seemed like the water could have been cleaner. The chemicals in the hot spa were overwhelming. How often is it checked by a professional? Wish I'd known there were only stairs to access room, I'm on waiting list for knee surgery. No bottled water as clean drinking water, only bottle in fridge been there for unknown time and also nothing to purify(boil) the water. Cleaning staff leaving towels and laundry in gardens as if someone had a fight and littered their bedding outside. Please provide cleaners with trolleys to work.

Stayed in 2 bedroom unit, living area downstairs 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a bathroom. Additional toilet downstairs. Was comfortable clean and basic ammenities, not overly fancy modern but it was comfortable. Small balcony off main bedroom upstairs, which overlooked small lake and the ocean great views. Sliding door out to the garden area (not private area) Would stay again.

Would have been good to have chair and tables at the back ground level, there waas only 1 or 2 of the total of the rooms had access to this maybe because it is so public.

Apartment very clean,all appliances and big for the family. Nice with swimming pool and Spa. Good that it's close to Mac donalds and short distance to shops. Nice to go for a walk around lakes. Netflix on tv. Not working,(to watch a movie with the family😊) Try to fix it and log in with my account,but didn't work. Area (Main Road) long distance to turn into hotels area and Not good all around main road,eg. Electricity towers around.

Superb views and opportunity immediately outside the property to enjoy some great walks/bike rides and to soak up water views. The apartment was well set up with bedrooms upstairs and the living space/s and kitchen downstairs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and very clean containing everything we needed for a short stay. It was very quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise from the main road (we were at the rear of the property).

Slightly aged in terms of furnishings. Window coverings could've been better to give a restful sleep to avoid sun streaming in at the early hours, but that really was the biggest 'don't like'.

Very welcoming at Reception on the afternoon of arrival. Room was clean, quiet, cool and welcoming on a hot and humid day, with a special handwritten note of personalized welcome. Lovely view from the room, over a quiet lagoon in front of the nearby beach, with plentiful waterfowl in the lagoon, including a pair of beautiful black swans. Stroll out of the room onto an easy walk around the lagoon, over a couple of of islands connected by walk bridges.

Spacious bright and clean apartment . Great spacious modern kitchen but more crockery and glassware would be useful. . Wonderful to have door opening to lawn area, pool and nature reserve walking trails. Huge laundry a bonus if required. Welcome reception very friendly and efficient. ( Gemma)

Furniture could be updated. Wall art would improve the ambience. Bedside table lamps or bedside lighting would be an improvement. Pool REALLY needs an access rail.

This is our second time staying at Quest Williamstown North. We find the location and views out of the 2 bedroom apartments exceptional. We brought our bikes this time and enjoyed cycling beyond Altona or to Williamstown. We did some Christmas cooking this time - the oven worked well as well as the dishwasher. We knew to bring a few extras for the kitchen to make it easier. The beds are comfortable and the air con works well!

The couches are rather worn and the lighting in the upstairs bathroom is rather poor.

We love every aspect of this accommodation- the quietness (even though currently there is a building site nearby for some units); the view is always a delight whether it focusses on the ships on the horizon or the birds in the sanctuary; this is one of the few destinations where we have been able to enjoy a relaxing warm spa with a perfectly placed shade sail - greatly appreciated (many places advertise a spa but it is not heated and therefore often unusable;) appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets; the convenience of a nearby supermarket and food outlets is an added bonus. To know this was the very room. Reception staff accepted notification of the plumbing issue with appropriate concern and apology.

There developed an issue with the plumbing which escalated by our 3rd evening but we accept this is an un-foreseeable issue and with multiple flushing and switching which toilet was used it did not ruin our stay. If there had been a broom or a dustpan brush with a longer handle we would have made use of it during the public holidays.

Quiet, tranquil locality overlooking beautiful coastal marine park full of water birds. Modern, recently built with all mod-cons. Great bed, clean linen and towels, well cared for by staff. Individual car parking spaces. Plenty of utensils for cooking meals and cutlery/crockery for dining.

Door to en-suite shower needed some handyman’s attention to stop it jamming on the bottom closure. Otherwise, all perfect!
