lovely outlook, quiet location and very nice rooms. we had the spa suite, which was great. Good water pressure! Often motel showers can be disappointing, but not here. Electric blankets a nice touch too.

No ‘do not disturb’ door sign provided, and we were woken at 8.30 with them wanting to clean the rooms, even though check out time is 10am. They said because our car wasn’t parked in front of our room, they thought we’d gone. But we hadn’t returned the key and check out wasn’t till 10am. We had hoped to sleep a little longer as we had worked late. the car spot outside our room was not vacant when we came back late at night ( after working )

It was comfy & clean,.parking outside the room was a bonus.

I didn't like that there was no foxtel as it was advertised there was.

Our King spa room was spacious, clean and comfortable. On a very cold and wet Gippsland day it was warm and welcoming. We managed to have a delightful warm spa morning and night! Our host was helpful and quick to respond to our requests.

Unfortunately we are both very light sleepers and the truck noise overnight resulted in a disturbed sleep. I would certainly recommend this motel, in particular a king spa room, if like most people you have no trouble sleeping.

The kitchentte was good and enabled us to make our own breakfast, as one of us was coeliac and had to make special meals. Bed was quite comfortable.

Smoke alarm went off one morning and couldn't be stopped. There was no smoke in the room. One electric blanket cord was frayed and obviously the staff had not noticed this when making the bed. The Chairs at table were quite uncomfortable for sitting for more than 20 minutes or so. The air conditioner was quite noisy, especially when it cut in and out. The tv was located close to the bed which made it hard to watch if sitting in a chair.

Everything was fantastic! We requested early check-in to change for a funeral and we were accommodated cheerfully. We were asked several times if there was anything else we needed, or that they could help with, both on arrival and when packing the car to leave. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The gardens and surrounding greenery were relaxing and refreshing. I can't recommend this motel and its people highly enough and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely staff and comfortable room

Not enough pillows. The ledge behind the bed was in a terrible position when we were trying to sit in bed. There was a constant noise of running water in the wall behind our bed.

The rooms were very clean and quite large. The bathroom was clean and tidy and was also quite big. It is set in a good location close to the highway with a nice view over the town.

The rooms are a bit dated and could do with an update. The lawns were in need of a mow and a general tidy up is needed.

The bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious , the facilities in the room ,more than adequate and the room itself was very clean.

The Map supplied on the Internet for Travel between Loch and the Motel was totally inadequate

Great location. Was very clean and modern. Most comfortable hotel bed Ive slept in. Owner was fantastic, approachable/welcoming, My daughter was sick on our stay and he was very understanding and helpful with extra bedding late at night with no fuss. Will definitely be calling in again for my next stay.

Remote needed for heating/cooling, difficult to operate up high without one.
