It started with the staff (can't remember his name) when we arrived on the 28th May. He was very friendly and helpful. For example, when we reported that the shower was spoilt, he immediately saw to it ant got it repaired. Furthermore, I later met Abdul. He was really very helpful and offered suggestion of places of interest in Melbourne to visit and even assisted to book our airport transfer. Due to the rain, we could not visit the places as suggested by Abdul. But Abdul lent us his umbrella so that we could still continue our journey. The television had great selection of channels. I am so glad that I manage to catch the Champion league finals from Melbourne. The other earlier accommodation did not have any sports channels.
Maybe fully sound proof windows. The current one is actually ok. Since the property is next to a busy road, perhaps fully sound proofing the windows would have been a bonus. Maybe some complimentary refreshments (some soda drinks and 2 cans of beer) in the fridge would have been nice. Detachable shower heads are preferred.

The location was perfect for us. We went to Australia for the Australian open. The apartment was a 8 min walk to the tennis center. Our apartment on the 4th floor (401) is a corner unit with views of a park across the street. The park is a great place to take a stroll. There is also a botanical garden close by which is amazing! There is a little coffee shop/bakery on the botanical grounds. There is also soccer and rugby field directly across from the tennis center. The apartment is 40 min walk to downtown Melbourne. A 5 min walk in the other direction was a street lined with restaurants and a grocery store. At night you can see downtown Melbourne all lit up it was amazing! The apartment is a one bedroom unit with a kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a small balcony with a small table and two chairs. It was a clean and comfortable space for the 2 of us. Chloe at the front desk was awesome. We were early for the Checkin time but the apartment was ready. Chloe gave us a quick run down on the neighborhood. There isn’t any security on the entrance to the building but you can only access the elevator with the key fob. One thing we learned was that the apartment door does not automatically lock when you leave so be sure to use the key to lock up.
The street in front of the apartment was a busy area so there is some street noise. It didn’t bother me at all. I think if you wanted less noise you should ask for an apartment on the other side of the building.

Fantastic location close to arenas & football grounds, shopping, close to train stations, tram stops etc. Reception lady was very nice & friendly. Quiet atmosphere, very clean. Would highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at the Cremorne and just like the first time it was a great stay. I strongly believe that for the quality of the rooms (which are outstanding!) that the cost of these immaculate self-contained rooms is amazing. Always clean, modern rooms with privacy, perfect place to accomodate for a group of friends or could even for long-term stays.
I don't really have any thing I didn't like! I strongly recommend anyone who is traveling via personal car to check your GPS and make sure it is sending you to 1 Roust Street otherwise you might get caught up in the traffic where you can't make the right turn into the place. That's about it.

The building is well presented. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. The location is perfect within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Park, AAMI Park and the MCG. It really is an ideal place to stay if you are attending any of those venues. Excellent entertainment, bars, cafes, restaurants shopping all within walking distance or close by. Trams and the train station are with in a short walking distance.
I had booked a room with a view months in advance but after arriving I was given a room at the back. When I went to question this at reception I was told my booking for a room with a view was somehow missed in the system and there were no other rooms with a view available. Upon searching further a 2 bedroom room was found and we were upgraded. Unfortunately the room was a view of trees. I had stayed there a few weeks previously in room 404 and had a view out to AAMI Park and a beautiful view of the city. Somehow that room (404) was $50 cheaper than the room I had on the 2nd floor on this particular visit.

I loved the location, it was perfect for a concert I was going too. Plus even though it was so close, noise pollution wasn’t an issue. Additionally there were alot of transport options nearby too, so easy to get to the city and easy to get to st kilda ! The layout was modern and I loved the natural lighting, really brightens the room and your mood.
Some areas were cleaner than others. Although it’s nice having light coloured couches and furniture, the downside is you see all kinds of dirt and stains. But besides that no issues!

Room size was great for the two of us. We didn't really end up making much use of them, but the kitchen and laundry facilities were really good. shower pressure was awesome too! Location perfect for MCG and other attractions in the area, which is exactly what we stayed here for, we walked basically everywhere. Due to the strict policies on noise restrictions, it was such a peaceful stay. all you hear is the occasional door slam which is tolerable. Staff were so helpful and accommodating when I contacted them to tell them my flight was delayed, offered an after hours check in if I needed.
The rooms are starting to look a little dated in terms of wear and tear of the furniture, and the hairdryer for example was on its last legs. but overall it really isn't a huge issue, not yet anyway. The balcony really didn't get used by us at all, we only opened the door to let some air in but it wasn't very clean, some people might find that an issue if they'd been hoping to make use of it.

Everything was Perfect. The Location was Ideal, Handy to Richmond Train Station - the MCG & AAMI Stadium. The Room was just Great, Clean & Comfortable with every Appliance and especially having Your Own Laundry in the Room. That was a definite Highlight for Me. Having a Coles Supermarket Handy was a Bonus. Reasonably Priced and the Added Security of knowing the Building was only Accesable to Guests was a real positive. THANK YOU 381 Cremorne

Lovely room outlook, perfectly located for events at AAMI park. Bed was comfortable, had all the facilities we needed. Staff were really helpful without out of hours checking in and out. Excellent communication.
No milk was provided for tea and coffee making facilities. No cold water jug either. These are usually basic supplies. Not enough toilet rolls were left either, but we found a housekeeping staff member the next day who was really helpful and provided more with no problem.

The apartment was amazing very stylish with a balcony which is great. The view was awesome. We were there for New Years eve and got to see the whole city light up with the fireworks. We loved it so much we stayed an extra couple of nights. Only a few steps to the tram into the city and the train. There’s secure car parking on site. Just a 20 minute walk up swan street to the local Coles and restaurants are scattered along the street too. Nice big shower, a well equipped kitchen large kitchen table with small tv in bedroom too.
It’s to be expected but the traffic noise was the only complaint but we knew this when we booked Punt road is very busy. But you get over the noise once you see the view.
