The room had large bench space for wife and my luggage. There were plenty of power points for charging stations. The bathroom sink had a high water outlet, allowing easy filling of the electric kettle - many motels don't! A/C was effective and quiet. Even though we were near the front, noise was never a problem. Loved the text informing us of how to obtain the key if coming in late. Thoughtful!

The toilet took forever to fill the cistern. Suspect the valve was faulty. Tap had no handle, so maybe it was reduced too much?? (Unit 3). Otherwise, very happy with the unit overall, and price.

I loved the well maintained gardens and the window to look out. The room was nice and quiet. There is nothing better than comfy beds and this room had everything you could need a fridge, great shower, aircon, microwave and more. I loved the decore and dipped my feet in the pool. The room was very spacious and I totally recommend it. Oh and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and lovely.

No, it was wonderful. It was too cool to swim, but the pool area needed a bit of maintenance as the deck was a little uneven. The pool area looked lovely, though.

Very clean room, bed was comfy, this is our second time staying here now, and it will be the one we choose every time, it smelled so clean when we walked in, excellent clean room and the beds looked lovely.

We wished we could get more tv channels, there was nothing to watch as the channels you get are terrible, so we just had to sit there and use our iPads, which we had to use our Mobile data because the Wi-Fi password they give you wouldn’t work on any of our devices, same thing as last time, so there really isn’t anything to do.

Handy location with a short drive to shops. Bed was comfortable. Air con cooled us nicely. Roomy shower.

Smokers in other units were able to smoke outside their room and dependant on how the wind blew, we would smell the smoke. Not ok at all, as this is against the law. Smokers are supposed to be about 10metres away from a building. My husband suffers from asthma and we were unable to enjoy sitting outside our room on lovely warm evenings as often as we would have liked. Other people on numerous occasions took our car park.

The motel is centrally located. Whilst on a main road, the noise wasn't an issue. I would stay there again.

Not a deal breaker but there was no milk in the room, even though there was tea, sugar and tea making facilities. There also wasn't any toiletry items that are usually in motel rooms eg shampoo and conditioner. There were soap dispensers - one empty and the other not working. Whilst the room was clean and tidy, paint was badly flaking off the bathroom walls in need of maintenance.

Bed comfortable, location & clean.

Someone just literally came in at 8:00 in the morning that woke us up. It was a guy. Luckily I had the second lock on, and when I went to the door he was apologetic but why would he have keys that opened the door? He didn't say he was from housekeeping, just said sorry. Check out time is until 10:00 AM and I had my alarm at 9:00 AM, I still had an online meeting until 11 PM last night. My sleep was disturbed and we were frightened when the door was opened!

I have stayed here many times.& it’s always my first choice for accommodation. It’s an older motel which has been refurbished & each time I note small improvements. It’s excellent value.Room was large, secure & comfortable. I love being able to walk through to Gardens Galore & the nursery,

It is an older property which still needs some attention but to be fair, it is a work in progress & small improvements continue to be made.

Fabulous location walking distance to all the Jumpers and Jazz festivities, entertainment and art trails. Walking distance to the fabulous 100+ year old renovated Warwick Hotel with fireplaces and a great dinner. Rooms are spacious, super warm and ours had really great recent renovations. The staff were super accommodating as there was a burst mains pipe the morning of check out and the motel consequently had no water for guests to shower. We were all offered late check out which meant we literally rolled out of bed and into the Warwick Gardens Galore Cafe next door for a delicious breakfast and coffee. The pipe was fixed on return to our room, great hot shower and checked out by 10:30am. We really appreciated the way the staff managed something that was out of their control. Highly recommend if you're swinging through Warwick for a night or two.

This is an excellent motel. Starting with the lady at the front desk to the the stay in a bright exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Looking forward to staying again on my way back to Sydney. Any thanks Teah (human) and Lucy (very well behaved dog)

Nothing could have been better. The staff & facilities could not be faulted. Perhaps it was a little difficult for me to find how to get into the entrance but one inside everything was just great.

Close to amenities Very comfortable and clean.

We stayed in the same room on 2 separate occasions 2 days apart. The second time I discovered the same stain on the bed comforter from our first reservation however the comforter had been turned over. So it hadnt been changed. Out 2 seperate reservations were 2 days apart. We will definitely be back to stay if needed in the future. Its a fantastic motel!
