I like just about everything in regards to this motel. It has a large, quiet fridge that is excellent for keeping items from your Esky cool/frozen. The kings size bed is luxurious 10/10. Quiet area, apparently safe area. Had SkyNews which is good for your sanity. Parking is good.

Pillows are excellent for having a cup of tea in bed and watching TV. The pillows are 0/10 for sleeping. My wife had to sleep without a pillow because of the huge size and the heat reflecting synthetic fibre fill. I got a crook next because of the huge thickness of the pillow even though I got the thinest one. Owners should read the reviews, the pillows were a problem at Christmas.

Just like a display home. An excellent example of how to build or renovate and worthy of a stay just for ideas. Almost everything was 100%. Even the biscuits (choc chip not being a favourite of mine) were excellent. I loved the cicadas in the next door tree, I haven’t heard them for 55 years.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the four pillows were too fat for me and made sleeping difficult. The “compendium” didn’t list the Royal Thai Restaurant- the principal reason that we choose to stay overnight in Toowoomba - most likely because only ones recommended are those who pay.

Location was convenient to everywhere, reception staff was above excellence, room had everything you needed and had you covered with good quality appliance’s and size appliances, everything worked like it should and room looked great and trendy

Parking is a little tight, shower cubicle floor was was very slippery, and unfortunately the later in the week you stay the noise level goes up dramatically, it was unfortunate on my last night someone was having a early loud party, though couldn’t work out if from next door duplex or downstairs unit

I booked a disability accessible room and it was perfect. The facilities were the best of experience in Toowoomba. Being able to use the keypad to enter the room was a bonus. The personal courtyard the blinds made the room very private. Despite being on a main road there no noise, unlike other places I’ve stayed on Ruthven Street.

The bed was a little too soft for my liking that maybe just personal preference.Also from the disability perspective it was a little too low.

What a fantastic little gem in Toowoomba. From the extremely welcoming and helpful reception on arrival to the same at check out this was an exceptional experience. Ultra clean ultra modern with state of the art electronics from the front door to the bathroom. Small but efficient for a short to medium stay for a couple.

Sound proofing around the interconnecting door to the next unit could have been better and it was a little distance from the CBD if this is important

Access when arriving is brilliant. Love the code sent to make it easier for late arrival. The rooms are presented well. In-room amenities such as kitchen and laundry are two of the main reasons for staying.

With an extended stay, I was disappointed that at least rubbish wasn’t removed and new towels provided at Day 3. I wasn’t aware of whether this would occur, so thankfully kept saving the towels, just in case. Reverse parking can be challenging with little room to manoeuvre.

The customer service was exceptional, I received a phone call on my way over to tel me know that they were closing early as it was New Year’s Day and offered early check in. when I arrived the welcome was incredibly warm and they were very flexible with meeting my needs as a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Toowoomba.

As a very picky person I am surprised to say that there was nothing I didn’t like about the stay.

Very brief stay but it was convenient location for us near Dad's aged care home but accessible to the city. Impeccably clean and very new accomodation. Bed/pillows were very comfy. Michelle contacted us prior to arrival to make sure we could access the room after she had left. She also left us fresh milk in the fridge. Nice touches, biscuits, tea and coffee selection. Definitely will stay again.

Parking is tricky but and not all undercover.

Very well appointed and managed motel with modern, comfortable, immaculately maintained rooms, and the staff are super-helpful.

This particular room configuration was a little bit pokey compared to other rooms I've stayed in at this provider. However, to be fair, I'm the one who made the booking, so I should have paid more attention to the room description.

Looked new, well maintained property. Very clean, great bed, quiet, comfortable…..and fantastic welcome biscuits

The only things I can fault: studio on second floor and no lift so I had to carry my suitcases. Also there was no gym BUT I was able to maintain my fitness regime by running up and down the range.
