THE UNITWAS CLAEN AND TIDY BUT THERE WERE A LOT OF ITEMS THAT NEEDED REPAIR. tHE BEDROOM SCREEN DOOR IS ON BACK TO FRONT,YOU LOCK IT FROM THEM OUYSIDE A LOT OF PAINT COULD BE USED TO FRESHEN THE WLLS, DOORWAYS. THE WARDROBE HOUSE THE HOT WATER SYSTEM, WHICH IS VERY GOOD BUT THE WARDROBE SHELVES SUFFER, THERE IS NO TEASPOONS OR DESERT SPOONS AT ALL AND WE COULD NOT FIND OUT HOW THE HOTPLATES WORKED BUT LUCKILY AN ELESCTRIC FRYPAN WAS THERE. THE MATTRESS HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. WE ARE USED TO A QUIET AREA WHERE WE LIVE AND THIS IS NOT THE CASE THERE

This is the second time I stayed here and I love the location. The space in the apartment is excellent and it has a fantastic outdoor area. I found the bed was really comfy and it was surprisingly quiet in the room considering the proximity to the road.

I used the spa on the final night and the roof/cover of the spa had been recently removed. In the spa I found 4 rusty screws and another guest found a large sharp piece of plastic. Hopefully this means there is a new cover coming but it felt quite dangerous.

This apartment had all we needed for our stay - airconditioning; kitchen facilities; laundry facilities; free secure parking. The location was perfect for us going to the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre each day. And it was very quiet so our daughter could rest between heats and finals.

The fold-away bed was a little uncomfortable for our daughter. However, we requested an additional mattress for it, which was given without hesitation and she was much more comfortable.

The view from the lounge and bedroom of the Broadwater was lovely to look at both day and night. The bed was comfortable enough. The kitchen facilities had everything necessary for us.

The curtains looked a little untidy as the end hooks in both rooms were hanging off and they were also hard to open and close because of the pulley system they were on, also there were a few small cockroaches lurking in the kitchen area at times

My seaview apartment was perfect. It had a great vibe and central location. The room had everything I needed and the staff were lovely. I will definitely stay again.

Marine parade is noisy with alot of passing traffic as I am a light sleeper however, the location, price and views made up for it 😊

Location is excellent Brian and Jo very helpful and accommodating. Felt like we were staying in their home. Very personable.

Bit dated. Bed linens blankets and furnishings need updating. Bit old fashioned and cheap quality. Kitchen very small, fridge didn't close properly.

The location and proximity to everything while being just far enough away from the business of the Gold Coast. Very good price wise too for a 1 bedroom appartment

Matress needs replacing, and a good fumigation wouldn't go astray with all the insects that would come inside from open doorways.

Superb location! Could not have asked for a better located Hotel. We arrived after hours and staff kept in contact to make sure the keys were easy accessed in a lock box. Great views from the balcony. Children loved the heated pool and spa.

The wifi in the room connected but wasn't strong enough to load anything on any device we had, only issue we had!

was clean and in a nice quiet location. not far from Harbour Town and Australia Fair.

even though there was only 2 of us the lounge was a small 2 seater. no draws to put our clothes.
