Location excellent! Seaview apartment facing the sea Well stocked cupboards Good appliances & whitegoods

Only one thing worth commenting on In this apartment on one side (right side) of the master king bed there was a bit of a dip in the mattress especially if your a tall person.

We loved the interior setup, so relaxing and welcoming with the choice of furniture colour and design. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony and beautiful view. The trolleys to assist with luggage and baby toddlers was convinient and made our transfers to room smooth. The visitors carpark is great and secure for our visitors. The outdoor pool is great with a toddlers pool. The beach chairs, gazebo, surf board, extra pillows and blankets was unexpected and came handy to use. This apaprtment is close ro everything! Its awesome for families to enjoy and have a great holiday. Very relaxing atmosphere, we look forward to booking our family trips at this accomodation in the future. We highly recommend this hotel apartment and have also shared our experience with family and friends.

There was afew experience with other hotel guests that made us feel uncomfortable regarding our skin colour. Maybe a no discrimination sign or policy would be good to promote a cultural diverse friendly atmosphere and discourage racism.

This property is in a superb location on the park at Kurrawa beach. There are wonderful gardens and open spaces surrounding the outdoor pool and tennis court. The three bedroom units are spacious with everything you need for a great stay. It is a short walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer including great dining (try Social) and healthy lunch options and the best coffee in No Name Lane. We also indulged ourselves at Endota Spa which is also within walking distance.

The only negative was the closure of the indoor pool facilities that are being refurbished and associated noise from tradesmen. However we were aware of this on booking and look forward to the new facilities. There was also some noise noticeable at night due to proximity of our unit to the lifts.

Location was absolutely perfect. Near cafes and shops, plus opposite beach and not in the noisy part of Broadbeach. we've stayed in Broadbeach several times and this was the best location so far. Room was huge with plenty of space for the family (4 of us). Spa bath was an excellent size and perfect to relax in. The carpet had been recently relaid in the apartment we had and was nice under feet.

There was nothing we didn't like. Only suggestions would be perhaps a few more blankets as it was quite cool at this time of the year and there was no central aircon in the apartment. It would have been nice to have some other toiletries other than just shampoo.

Very kind receptionist on check in, great outdoor pool and indoor facilities (gym, pool, sauna). Location is ideal for the beach as you only have to cross the street, plus it is just south enough of the main streets to be a little more quiet. The view was exceptional from the very large balcony, and there was ample space throughout the whole apartment.

The only thing was no airconditioning, but that was disclosed in the description so I knew about it. By opening some doors and getting a sea breeze, it cooled off a little bit. The fan in the bedroom needs an update as it was stuck on one speed.

Huge apartment and rooms. perfect location. Only a 3 minute walk to Oasis shopping centre and restaurants. Pacific fair and tram stop 10 min walk. Beautiful beach and children’s park across the road. It’s away from main GC H’way which meant far less road noise. The pool area and tennis courts were fab and there is also an immaculate under cover BBQ area. We had a fantastic stay and would stay again.

It is not a major issue, but the apartment could use a lick of paint, it makes it look a little tired and dirty as marks on the walls. Also, only the master had aircon in the bedrooms and it was quite hot. We had to leave the main aircon on in living area to cool other bedrooms, which took a while.,We couldn’t leave windows open in our 3 bed apartment as there were no fly screens.

the location is excellent, close to the beach, close to cafes, coffee, restaurants, supermarket, parks, everything you want for a quick getaway. The views from the room, both bedrooms and lounge and balcony were perfect overlooking ocean, level 12, even the spa bath in main ensuite had a window to look through to ocean. The indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sauna all excellent. staff are very helpful and friendly. tennis court was great. close to the bus/tram stop and pacific fair too. my son found pool noodles in a cupboard too which was handy.

being picky but coffee facilities could have been better. An old kettle with a few international roast sachets and one or two sugar sachets. there was a plunger but no coffee so would be handy to know this. I had emailed enquiring about the coffee sitch (with other questions) and wasn’t informed about the plunger in the room as I would’ve brought my own ground beans for it! minor issue not life destroying!

Location, view, air conditioning, comfortable beds, the tidiness of the building and the lifts etc. It is all very nicely kept and looked after. Looking forward to seeing the new reception area when it is done.

The unit we stayed in needs bit of maintenance. Nothing about it took away from the enjoyment of our stay, but definitely needing a bit of maintenance for it to be considered a superior apartment and command that sort of price.

the It was a really tastefully designed and furnished unit. Very clean and comfortable, it was cozy and had an ocean view. The unit itself was very relaxing!

Indoor pool was closed for maintenance during MH our stay. Perhaps this might have been timed better in summer when it wasn’t so windy or cold to swim in the pool outdoors. Saying this though, the pool outside itself was heated so that it was above 25 degrees (Celsius) so my child was able to swim in it with her friend who was visiting.

Beautifully clean, great location and spacious apartment. Would have loved to stay longer. We stayed in Apartment 67 on Level 12, a 2 bedroom. The massive spa bath in the ensuite was amazing and there was a view of the ocean from all rooms. Close to the hustle and bustle but far enough to not be impacted by noise. Pool, tennis court & sauna!

Minor detail but bathroom towels were a bit rough - lost their softness.
