Booked the apartment as it had all the facilities we needed and was close to the beach. Staff rang to arrange collection of keys as we were late arriving. Room was perfect for our needs, and an excellent view of the ocean from the 16th floor. Bed was comfortable and all facilities were ideal. Altghough we were advised 1 lift was undergoing repairs we had no wait times. Individual car park in basement and trollies to take luggage up. Easy 5 minutewalk into centre of Broadbeach for shopping. Beach was directly accross the road from apartment. Would highly reccomend.

It’s very close to the beach, shops, cafes/restaurants and transport. The views were fantastic.

We paid a lot of money. We were only provided with one sachet of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and powder for the washing machine. With a family, that is not enough for a week. When I requested another roll of toilet paper, I was told that I would have to pay for any extras in the future. I also had to request an extra rubbish bag. We were required to take the rubbish down to the rubbish room in the basement. I just feel that when you’re paying all that money, you should get a bit more than a room with a view and a bed.

The apartment was very quiet, clean and comfortable for two people. The views from the balcony and the bedroom were lovely. We could see whales jumping and rainbows after the rain passed. The location was fabulous. The beach was across the road, and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. The staff were lovely! Very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was sad to leave the place but hoping to come back soon.

The place was great and nothing that I didnt like, really. The only thing that it had missing was a coffee machine. But then again, an excuse to get out and have one at a Cafe.

While the apartment block was built sometime ago it is clean, well maintained and has brilliant views of the ocean. The Broadbeach main shopping area is a 5 to 10 min walk away and Pacific Fair is another 10 mins on top of that. All up it was a great place to stay and we had an awesome time. We'll definitely be back staying there.

We got there on a public holiday and the admin desk isn't permanently staffed so had to call a number to get someone to come down to check us in. A little scary as we were worried we maybe standing outside for awhile. The fear was misplaced as someone was down to us within a minute or two of making the call and from there it was all smooth sailing.

The location can't be bettered. The closeness of the beach is fabulous. The view is fabulous. This is why we come back time and time again and hope our latest stay was not our last. We feel very at home there because we're so familiar with it. It's an easy 20 minute drive to our daughter's house. Not too far and, after all, if we're coming over to the Gold Coast then the beach is where we want to be. The seemingly new carpet in the bedrooms was good as opposed to the grotty carpet square in the living area which was definitely not good. Sitting on the balcony on a sunny windless morning having breakfast is absolute paradise. Tip.... bring a visor ☀️

Now I am just being picky but you asked so here goes. The sun leaves the pool area too early. I missed having a grab rail in the shower. All of the art work in both the apartment and the hallways is utterly dreadful. Nothing at all would be better. Picky I know. I know the sea air is a problem but surely the windows could be cleaned more often. They're really grotty and spoil the wonderful view.

The extra bed we paid for was extremely uncomfortable due to a very worn thin mattress and a broken bar. My child ended up sleeping on the sofa. A few days into our stay we needed a warmer bed blankets. These were supplied in the cupboard but one of these was blood stained and clearly not cleaned from previous booking. The staff were informed but we weren’t offered a replacement untill the day before we were leaving

Last minute booking and we were located on the 18th floor, the view was uninterrupted and sensational! The facilities are impeccably clean and the pool area is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed and they have thought of small things like tupperware containers and a pair of scissors. TV was easy to use and stream to, the internet was fast and always available. We made lots of friends at the pool and the woman on reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. It is an older building and so not super modern, but the location and value for money are exceptional, love it and will stay again.

There wasn't an air con unit in the bedroom, but if we ran the one in the lounge and shut all the doors, it cooled the bedroom down too, so it wasn't a huge issue.

I have stayed here 4 times in 6 weeks, all in different apartments, some were better appointed and some had newer renovations but all apartments were great, awesome location, easy parking and Melany at reception/checking was fantastic.

Heard Lots of noise from the old elevator (particularly in 2 apartments that I stayed in) however they are in the process of replacing them as I write this review so sure that won’t be a problem in future stays. Other little things which I would love to see is tissues and face washers supplied in bathrooms.

The location is great - across the road from a manned beach. It is quiet as you are not right in the heart of Surfers but also convenient as Surfers is only a short walk. The rooms were modern and bright and were clean on arrival. The lobby was clean and the secure parking was great.

We had one service for the stay - which is fine and expected. However, only the queen bed was stripped and made. The 2 single beds were not striped and made, the clean sheets were left at the end of the bed for us to change ourselves. There was a broken glass in a dustpan that was not taken to be emptied even though the kitchen bin and toilet bins were emptied.

Fantastic location, just on the fringe of Broadbeach and right on the water front. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with sea view and the apartment has the most incredible uninterrupted views. (They were better before the building went up next door, but they are still good now). The apartment was extremely well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. The staff are also amazing. Jacki was very helpful. The two balconies are a bonus, depending on which direction the wind is coming from. I've stayed here before and will definitely be back again.

Couldn't fault anything really. Maybe just losing the sun at midday in June, but hey that's not a big issue when you have a massive beach in front of you.
