Location close to town & access to main attractions . Room (8) was spacious, smart decor & clean. Good shower, microwave handy. Reverse air con kept us nice & warm.

Disparity between room sizes - ours (8) was big, whilst our friends’ room (10) was half the size & we were paying same price. They were not happy. Wi wi was very patchy. We had none in our room, but good internet just outside our door! Thin towels & thread bare patches on blanket. Poor lighting in the carpark. Hard to see our way around & up the steps at night. Suggest sensor lights above the steps.

the coffee machine had a pod already in it and two pods that where sticky and dirty.. chose not to coffee at 5 instead went over the road as we left. we have been to Charleville twice and would love to see the restaurant open .. there are limited options for travellers. the RSL was overwhelm with min 1.5 hr waiting , that’s minimum! possible a bbq or two around the pool..

Was an extremely comfortable sleep and lovely place to stop. unfortunately I. Had to work, had 2 kids (4yo and 6yo) and managed to have good wifi, kids ran around in a lovely grassy area, bilby experience was only accross the road, had an amazing dinner on site, dessert delivered to our room and a really comfortable bed and pillow and great shower. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Friendly gentleman in reception allowed us early check-in which was much appreciated.. Our room was very modern, clean, spacious with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc everything needed.. Our room opened onto a timber verandah with seating and had a lovely garden view.. There was also a restaurant on site..

The motel was easy to find and the staff were friendly. The complex is very modern with plenty of parking space. My room was quiet, A big TV and basic appliances. I couldn't hear any traffic noise even with the main road near by. My room was very modern, clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable.

I could not get the motel wifi signal day or night in the room.

Central and well appointed. Rooms are a little small but serviceable. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to other Charleville attractions.

The attached restaurant is not affiliated with the Motel, despite its looks and currently lets the overall property down.

Great Location across the road from the Bilby Centre and petrol station/convenience store. Small but functional room. Free washing machine and dryer was a real bonus. The adjacent restaurant was also excellent. It was also very quiet.

The room was a bit small and the lighting was not great.

A lovely clean, comfortable,modern motel. Quality finishes, good bed linen and towels. Our check in was efficient and very welcoming, would definitely recommend it and would stay again if in the area.

The restaurant is within the complex but not part of the motel, I stress this because our experience there was not the best. A 40 minute wait for our appetisers, my main was meant to be barramundi with blackened spice, when a plain piece of fish arrived I told our waitress that I had ordered the fish with blackened spice. She left the table to check, and arrived back with some spice in a dish…I said that it should have been cooked on the fish I was advised that that was the best she could do! Sorry but that is not good enough. The motel is great, don’t waste your money on the restaurant!

It was close to train station and IGA, but bit of a walk in the heat to the main city centre. Host booked somewhere for us to eat as their restaurant was not open.

While it was a nice room and staff were very helpful, it just seem a bit expensive.

Great neat, tidy, well maintained motel. Rooms are nice, modern and clean. Travelled from Brisbane due to a family emergency. They were so flexible in me extending day by day as situation unfolded. Such lovely, helpful people. Highly recommend.
