Great apartment with everything we needed. Ambience of the lagoons and gardens was lovely. Bit cold for us to use pool and lagoons but spa was great. If we had bought the family up we definitely would have utilised the many bbq areas as they were frequently cleaned and maintained.

Unfortunately we were in the apartment block close to main highway and although great view of beach, traffic was very loud and as a light sleeper was annoying for me..however it didn’t bother my husband. Realised on day one our kitchen sink had a leak to cupboard below which was pooling with water and also our spa bath didn’t work. Notified reception and gave authority for maintenance to come and fix next day but no one came for the week we were there. Notified staff again on leaving. Also asked if we visited again and requested a back of resort apartment due to being quieter would it be possible and they said to request at time of booking and would see what they can do.

The location is excellent. Right on the Esaplanade, but back into the complex so quiet from the street noise. We had a room on the 4th floor of Cascades, overlooking the lagoon pool and bbq area with a large balcony. There is BWS and supermarket (SPAR) right out front plus a real french patisserie and great coffee. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds/pillows are extremely comfortable. The 2 pools were great, the lagoon being our favourite. We didnt use the bbq facilities but they looked clean.

Even though the unit (1 and half bedrooms) was comfortable, spacious and clean it was a bit tired. Parts of the carpet were thread bare, curtains stained and with holes and the bathroom was tired.

Very quiet and pleasant place.

Wifi was non existent. Lap pool being refurbished which is ok but only told about it a few days before getting there. Not that it was a dealbreaker but leaving it a bit late for someone who is planning for a heated pool. Needed a blanket as the evenings were chilly and the one in the cupboard was disgustingly rancid like dirty human smell.I had to wash it and dry it before I could use it. Lucky the washing machine and dryer worked well and washing powder was supplied. I imagine it was an oversight as the apartment was pretty much spotless otherwise.

The property is such a great location. We wanted a quieter end of the beach. The apartments are fairly modern with comfy beds and good pillows. I like the fact it has a lagoon pool as well as lap pool. (The pool was under renovations when we’re there but looked great) I also like there is a gym on site. We had a two bedroom penthouse apartments and the view was to die for! The two levels of decks was great as well as the coffee pod machine in the room was a nice touch! Loved that there was a hotel underneath, bottle shop, convenience store and walking distance to restaurants and surf club.

Everything was well maintained the location had a convenience store,bottle shops, pubs and restaurants within minutes walk to the resort. The pools were excellent very well maintained,and we had a two bedroom apartment with fantastic views of the ocean and direct sliding door access to the verandah from both rooms.

The only thing we didn’t like was the refuse bin room was directly across from our door and because of the hot weather it was a little on the nose at times, it could do with an ozone spray or something to nullify that. This is positive feedback to help.

Staff were really friendly and lovely and pool areas were excellent and the hotel is just a short walk to the beach. Great quiet location and late check out provided. I actually think the staff are some of the friendliest I have come across on my travels.

Rooms could have been serviced during our stay for drinks and clean towels etc (there for 4 nights but appreciate the policy is you have to be there 8 nights or longer for this). The major thing is the parking spots are horrendous as they are so tight. If you are in a larger family SUV you may have trouble depending on your allocated place.

Value for money. Room was spotless.. Size of the one bedroom apt; it was huge! Aircon was perfectly efficient. Wildlife in the gardens and well kept facilities and pool areas with beach and well maintained poolside furnishings. The unit furnishings were lovely, modern and quite new and comfortable; not cheap and clunky as you would usually see in apartment buildings. I even had an unexpected view of the ocean which was lovely to wake up to. Thank you

Car spaces were tiny; but who’s aren’t. Lots of tea drinkers in the world now; a tea bag or two as well as the coffee would be amazing.

The pool was fabulous and one was heated which was great, the apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped for our stay. We had a sea view from our deck so enjoyed the amazing sunrise in the morning. Being close to the beach, playgrounds and places to eat and get groceries was a bonus and the apartment was a very short and easy drive to Maroochydore and Mooloolaba which offered more places to eat and things to do.

Some of the road noise particularly into the evening was a little bothersome, but mainly because of the time difference and us going to bed early. The spa pool broke for the second half of our week which was a shame but couldn't be helped. Certainly not things that would put me off going back.

Check in was a breeze and the room was ready upon our arrival half hour early. Easy to find and secure off-street parking included which was great. Room had Wifi which was quite good. Pool facilities was great - has a heated spa pool area, main pool and wading pool for smaller children. Room itself was quite spacious and we were lucky enough to get the 6th floor - great views. Liked the fact that there were good kitchen facilities plus air conditioning in the main bedroom and main living area. Overall, positioned in a very central location, clean and tidy and was worth the money to stay here.

There was nothing to complain about however if I had to nitpick and find something negative - it would be that the 2nd bedroom only had a pedestal fan and not air conditioning (however leaving the door open allowed the main living air con to cool the room down)

Our stay was a 50th Wedding Anniversary gift and we originally had booked a one bedroom and was upgraded at no extra cost to a two bedroom penthouse style room with wine and chocolates on arrival. We were very surprised and very humbled by the lovely gesture if the staff there at Oaks seaforth. We could not have asked for more on our first ever Anniversary holiday stay away.
