Not even a single complimentary bottle of water, paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars, you would expect a one dollar water bottle at least. Upon checkout, I was about to get charged for movie tickets that I didn't even go to, was told $95 for parking for our stay (2 nights) but than I was charged $95 for each night.

It is always great location and we choose best view.
We alway stay in suit but first time didn't feel it was worth the money. Room were about $400 more per night after Covid. Water didn’t go down in main sink. Variety of food at breakfast and dinner time twice less. Not much complimentary water and no bowl of fruits meeting you when you walk in any more. My final bill contained something unknown for $31.00, had to remove. And $37.00 surcharge paying by credit card for room is always annoying. Didn't feel we want to come back again.

Gorgeous hotel, fantastic location with amazing views of the opera house and harbour bridge from the altitude restaurant. Our hotel room was huge with amazing views surrounding us for sunrise and vivid that was on during our visit. The bathroom was big and the bathtub had plenty of room. Great that the room at the option to screen cast from your phone and the Wi-Fi worked well. Easily within walking distance of everything at circular quay. The pool and hot tub were too busy to use during the stay, but the sauna was great.
There was quite a long queue to check in, it took about 45 minutes. There were similar queues for check out, although this did move quicker than the check in line.

The view of the harbour included both the harbour bridge and the opera house. It was great watching the ferries and cruise ships come and go at circular key.
There was no moisturizer provided in the room. The room had an awkward do not disturb light that it was too easy to forget to turn off! Cardboard hangers on the door work much better!

Check-in staff are sour and unpleasant. Make it obvious that they don't want to be there and you're a big burden. Venue really needs someone dedicated to help get the first point of contact back up to scratch. First impressions count!

Comfortable pillows, brilliant view, super quiet room - it was just what I needed after a couple of challenging days. The staff were super efficient and friendly.
The double room service $10 charge for food then beverages is really uncalled for and not appreciated when the items all come together on the same trolley. Also the trolley was not removed until the next morning.

Really disappointed in the buffet breakfast and evening drinks and bar menu. the drinks were really disappointing, and breakfast was really poor in choices. especially for $65pp. Even though the room and views were great, I still feel like it’s a bit overrated and overpriced.

The location of the property was great. It was close to the Rocks and Circular Quay. The staff were very helpful and polite. The view of the Opera House was fantastic and much better than I expected.
In our room with twin beds there wasn’t access to a charging point for the phone near the beds.

Room view was great, the staff at the front door when arrived in taxi were very friendly and the check in desk as well. The Horizon Club was lovely and the staff so friendly. The food at the Horizon Club was so nice and fresh and a very comfortable and relaxing space - I think that I would only like to stay in a horizon room from now on as it was so special :)
The lifts when called to get up to our room in the hotel were very slow to arrive at the ground floor - there seemed to be some big meetings on at the time . The Chi Spa prices are very high - I booked my partner for a 90 min massage and it was $330, he loved it but was pretty pricey - def was only special occasions!

very good hotel, location nd room quality...we did not eat at the hotel or use the bar.. one problem we had: the room was prepaid thru Booking.com nd we had small amount of xtra charges which we paid on checking out... but they put a $600 deposit charge on my credit card and would not reverse it, said it could take up to 7 days nd my bank might take time to refund it This is just unacceptable nd I actually got the manager to personally reverse the charge nd give me written receipt.... I am not short of $600 but this is blatant use of guests money to increase their cash flow!!
