It’s on a convenient location and very clean

The lights turn off at 9pm and i couldn’t use them to get ready for my early flight at 3am. Very inconvenient

I booked 3 rooms in total, for 5 guests. The value and location was fantastic. Dangerous in fact, to be so close to the airport, Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, and KFC. The rooms are small but for the price charged, who cares. To make sure all the rooms were on the same level we got a free upgrade in one of the rooms. The block out blinds were also terrific.

We stayed 2 nights, but our keys rejected us after the first night and they had to be re-scanned. The cheapest room had warnings about the sprinklers and the shower. Not as bad as it sounds but definitely don't shower with the door open. The planes start at 6am. Wear ear plugs if you're a lite sleeper.

The best part about this hotel is that it is an easy 10 minite walk away from the airport. Do not pay for a shuttle unless you have tons of baggage you have to carry, we rolled our cases very comfortably. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. Nice to have a desk and chair in the room. Also, appreciated the full length mirror. Good wifi and a small TV equipped with cable.Free water in lobby. Kettle with coffee and tea in room.

The bedroom, but especially the bathroom were small. The bathroom was a wet room, so no separation between sink, toilet, and shower.

Location, location, location. While it states ‘budget’, it had everything we needed for an overnight stay with an early morning departure. It was a brief ‘bag drag’ for an early flight; the available shuttle commencing at 5:00 am, cut our timings a bit too fine to meet Jetstar-mandated check-in times. For those that wish, major takeaway outlets are close. Even better is being able to use the Mantra’s restaurant next door.

WiFi was poor in our room. Very untidy in the corridors and quite noisy; though it is next to the airport and major roads, so is to be expected.

Close to airport via car. Room was a better size and bathroom size for a 3-person room than I had expected for an IBIS. Shower pressure was good. Close to a Maccas, Donut Shop and a KFC, which is super convenient for a quick late-night bite.

The "breakfast" and "airport transport services" are hosted by the hotel next to it, but I believe it is advertised as part of this hotel's services (for a price). Yes, they were accessible but I would've appreciated the clarification so I can be prepared to get over to the other hotel on time for such services.

It is a budget hotel near the airport with a shuttle that can provide service to/from the airport for 10 AUD each way. The hotel room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I booked it since I was flying back out the next morning, and the proximity to the airport eliminated the stress I would have experienced had I gone all the way into downtown Sydney and then back out to the airport the next morning.

The trip from the airport to the hotel took over an hour, even though the distance is only a few kilometers. This was due to waiting for the shuttle at the airport, and dropping passengers off at 3 other hotels before mine. However, the front desk assured me that the trip to the airport would have a dedicated pickup time the next morning and would go direct to the airport, and that is what happened.

I chose this property because it was handy for the airport. I was returning from a surprise visit to my parents in the UK so it was a stop-off before heading home to QLD & I was able to do a bit of touristy stuff! The room was nice & the bed was comfy. The shower was good (although the curtain kept sticking to me lol!). The check-in wasn't until 1pm & my flight arrived early morning. The staff were lovely and let me store my cases while I went out to brunch & waited 'til check-in. Likewise when I checked out the next day, they let me store my baggage while I went sight-seeing around the harbour until the evening.

On the whole I was very happy with my room & would stay here again. It was pretty clean, but the long wooden panel across the middle of the wall & by the TV was very dusty on top! Everything else was clean though so not a problem. I just wish there was an earlier check-in & maybe a cafe/ breakfast area in the hotel itself as after a very long flight from the UK via Dubai & Singapore all I wanted to do was shower, eat & go to bed as soon as poss! (there was a Mc Donalds, Krispy Kreme doughnuts & KFC all within walking distance plus the hotel next door was open for breakfast but I had just missed it.)

Excellent location. Professional and calm staff despite it being very busy at check in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Lack of parking and no obvious policing of bad parking (many were parked over lines making it difficult or impossible in some cases to squeeze in; but unsure if this is the hotels job or a third party as the lot is also shared by the mantra hotel). Bit of a maze to get to rooms; could maybe be better signed. No bath mat in our room and the toilet was broken; sliding from side to side. I’m sure the lovely staff would have actioned these had we notified them but it’s was very late when we checked in and were leaving very early the next morning so didn’t bother.

Room size was reasonable and cute. AC, bathroom and everything was really nice! ever the mini table and fridge

The changing switch/sockets should be near the bed so it's easier to charge phones and laptops at the same time :) the frozen food provided by the hotel wasn't really good. and no ubereats would deliver at the hotel..... it was not very convenient. I do get it's probably because it's near the airport... not sure. otherwise overall it was worth the money! :)

Available at last minute request, and it was close to the airport and relatively close to the city. The room was quiet at night and had good air-conditioning. Friendly staff, also allowed for luggage storage after check out (isn't secure though).

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room ( but there was a communal one downstairs). The shower was a little moldy with no obvious signs of exhaust in the bathroom, and due to half a shower screen the bathroom got really wet.
