Very clean and neat, nicely decorated, refurbished, comfortable bed, good bathroom/shower, parking out front of the room. Very pleasant staff, particularly reception and the cleaner when I was checking out the next day.

Minor issues... Tiny fridge and negligible freezer. I had consumables (as gifts) in my esky with small freezer blocks to keep them cold. However the freezer in the room's tiny fridge was too flimsy to hold even one of these, so they didn't remain frozen. Luckily my next stop was only two hours away, so the cheeses in the esky survived OK. The pretty exterior photos on the website misrepresent the style of the accommodation, that is the view from the street but once you drive in its very much a travellers hotel, with rooms all facing each other, carparks in front of units, windows facing the car park, and little privacy.

Very clean and tidy. Lots of little touches that made the room very comfortable. Great to be able to park your car in front of the room. Love the provision of good quality body washes and shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Very friendly staff at reception.

Nothing, milk for coffee and tea was missing but I had my own. Crying toddler from the moment it woke up and parents didn't do anything to keep it quiet. Not the motels fault but suggest that families with children be roomed well away from other guests.

Comfy bed, clean good size bathroom. Outside table and chairs. Dark rooms, quiet building, no noise to be heard from adjoining rooms

Very little space in room with single and queen bed. There was a small round table with 2 chairs but could not be used as there was nit enough space to be able to sit at the table

Room very clean, comfort of bed great. I noticed no noise transfer from other rooms which made it very pleasant. Lovely renovated bathroom.

Loved the espresso maker, coffee, tea, sugar was available.able. But there was no milk in the room. Lucky I had milk in the picnic supplies for our trip.

Heated lamps in the toilet, microwave, toaster, convenient handwash and lotion, fragrant. When the housekeeping was done properly, it was great. Great location - can walk to the shops. Cosy feel.

Cockroach on the first night and it even ran on the bed. Very disturbed by that. And had to request for sheets to be changed when informed. And the housekeeper only changed the sheets and nothing else for housekeeping. The bin was overflowing with garbage. Weak shower. Could be more thoughtful and friendly.

Nice and clean, very quiet great shower..only gripe was the annoying half size ironing boards when you could fit a full size one in the same space.. very hard to iron clothes properly, especially shirts and blouses… the exhaust fans in the bathrooms could be more efficient, as very warm and steamy after showers…

Raced here from the hospital with my son to sleep before returning to Sydney . Room was great , very comfortable beds and lovely little additions like a coffee pod machine and nice toiletries .

There was no milk for the coffee but we came late and left early so not sure if it was somewhere

The Nebula Motel was perfect for my one night stay in Cooma. A last minute booking that I did not regret! The team were super welcoming and gave me a great dinner recommendation, Pha's Thai - it is a MUST TRY! The room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed.

Perfect location, clean & comfortable rooms. Electric blankets were a bonus. Check in and check out was very smooth with excellent staff providing local dining options within walking distance.

Would have loved a little milk to make a tea or coffee.

Reception was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless and modern. Parking was really easy because it was right in front of the room so packing and unpacking was very easy. Could not have asked for more!

I like my bedroom pitch black and there was a little bit of light peaking through the corner of the curtains. Not a big deal for most people.
