The room was well laid out, clean and had a really well appointed kitchen area for a motel. The usual tea & coffee making facilities as well as some packets of biscuits to enjoy with your hot drink. A small fridge as well as a toaster and microwave means you are reasonably well set up to self cater for at least breakfast & there is a 4 seat dining table as well, so comfortable seating for a room that accommodates up to 4 people.

The bathroom is very compact & there is not a lot of ventilation, so if you are sharing this would be something to take into consideration. We were at the height of summer, so we were pretty much taking cold showers by choice, just to cool down, but if you were there in the middle of winter & running hot showers, it could be a bit stuffy.

A very clean place to stay — the bed was comfortable, the linens were spotless, and every area was well-lit. The WiFi signal was strong, and since they knew there were four of us, they thoughtfully provided four bottles of milk for our coffee.

The kitchenette didn’t have any plates or bowls, even though they were shown in the room photos when I booked. Also, from the bedroom to the bathroom, the floor in the kitchenette area is slightly raised, so you need to watch your step.

Comfortable and good location. Restaurant onsite. We went to the restaurant on our last night of our stay and found it amazing. Food excellent, price acceptable, service very good. Compliments to the chef.

Friday, no housekeeping service. Had to go to reception and ask for toiletries, teabags etc. staff provided these. The driveway going out of the motel had holes in the ground . We were in a car and not 4 wheel drive. so felt the holes. Not good for car. These can easily be rectified by filling in the holes. As pool area is being updated maybe the soil from here could fill the holes.

While the unit was small, it was so well laid out that you didn't notice the size. The staff were only too happy to answer your needs, and cutlery and plates were supplied, if requested. There was a restaurant on site, with an excellent menu, and the on-site pool came with a very good view over part of the city. The Motel was also close to the centre of the town, which made it easy to travel around.

Staff were super helpful. Manager assisted with travel to a venue and a quick drop off when taxi failed to arrive. The motel was very clean and the rooms comfortable and tidy. Tea and coffee etc supplied. Good sized fridge in the room as well. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Was a bit further from the main town than I wanted but not so far as to be much of a problem.

Highly recommended, room was very clean, comfortable and modern, manager and staff were exceptional with their hospitality - Im so fortunate to get the last minute booking. I was provided with everything I needed for a few nights stay. Location is quiet, walkable to town but closer to Pro-Hart gallery. On-site restaurant Betina- I had my best steak with salad and green ever, perfectly seasoned and cooked to my liking 😋. Thank you so much Andrea and all for a wonderful stay. Went for Barramundi tonight - another well balanced dish and very enjoyable. Thank you Chef! Very clean palette. This restaurant should be on the map of Broken Hill great dining must try.

Restaurant of high quality attached plus room service was a real winner for us! Clean room and comfortable beds with lots of pillows is excellent

Tight parking spaces when there are lots of 4-wheel drive vehicles make navigating the carpark difficult. When we found the large over flow carpark this made a difference and should be advertised more and suggested to larger vehicles. A few steps and signs would have helped too.

The location is fantastic, close to shops yet far enough away that you cant hear the traffic. The beds are very comfy, beautiful clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the parking towards the back of the property. Very easy to be parked in depending on car size.

The restaurants food is top notch for broken hill. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great working aircon. Cleaners made sure we had enough coffees, toilet paper ect on our 2nd night.

That we got asked before our stay, If we would go to there sister motel at the other end of town. When the hilltop is a much nicer place to stay for Broken hill.

Super comfy bed! Clean linen and room. Loved that they offered Shampoo and Conditioner. Sounds simple, but this is the 3rd place I’ve stayed in BH and it’s the only one I’ll stay at now.

I’ve never seen a staff member there. Both times I’ve checked in to this hotel the front desk hasn’t been open. I checked in at 3pm and had to call to enter.
