The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close to many wonderful restaurants and things for doing and seeing. Comfy beds, spacious room, and good options for breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was good.
The paint of the walls of the rooms were stained and the door of the bathroom was broken. There was a strong smelly of humidity in the bedroom

Booking offered a free upgrade to the spiral staircase-type suite. Having two bathrooms in a single hotel room was pretty good, and the balcony was alright. The mattress was good, and the hotel provided plenty of soap and shampoo. There’s a great bar on the block, and La Biela and Panera Rosa are right around the corner.
There was a lot to dislike about the room. I hated the shower heads—both were gunked up, causing a weak, irregular flow. The spiral staircase is dumb—there isn’t much space in the sleeping room upstairs, so our stuff was downstairs, and we were constantly going up and down the spiral staircase, trying to not hit our heads or fall down. The elevators are comically small. Recoleta is a great neighborhood for tourists, and this place is on the cheap side for Buenos Aires, but it still probably wasn’t quite worth the price.

Badly maintained, friendly staff but the hotel is completely outdated. No safe in the room, holes on walls, cannot recommend.
