Andorra Park Hotel

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side.

The furniture and overall structures of the hotel had some wear and tear due to normal usage, so some minor renovations should do the trick. Finally, addressing my biggest (and only) criticism about the suite: The view. What you see in the picture was all the view I had (there's another window in the bathroom but doesn't play a part here). Personally, I found the window in the room not only small, but positioned in a place that makes you feel a little "caged". My proposal would be to widen that window and make it a panoramic view so that when sitting on the desk, have that splendid view of the mountains.

The hotel location is great : close to the centre and in the same time just outside of the noise. The natural exterior pool is a blast! The restaurant has some old style elegance… Staff at reception and at the restaurant are fantastic!

The exterior pools closed at 19,00 hrs. Really?!? That’s the time when it gets more interesting…we are not kids! Hotel paid parking seems a bit …overpriced, taking into account that the rooms are not very cheap, to pay extra for parking seems not too fair!

Extremely helpful conceirge and check in staff. Location and the view from the room. Interior design of the hotel. Room size and amenities. Generous choice and timing of breakfast.

Bear in mind that despite this point I didn't like, I will definitely come to stay at this hotel again. The stay would've been perfect if the dinner restaurant could've been improved. We saw Michelin 2018 sign so we excitedly reserved the table. The location of the restaurant is at the lovely garden of the hotel. However the service we had looked rushed. The food was ranging from good to okay comparing to €130 for two srarters, two main courses without wine.

the property is run as a family business, you can immediately see that no well known hotel chain runs it as from time to time you come across funny things: St Valentine’s ads in the lifts a week after 14 Feb, phones in the rooms without distinct buttons for reception, restaurant etc and with no manual how to dial these services (just regular phones, not hotel phones), people not answering phone at ‘room service’ and not speaking English

the outside grounds, massage, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and spacious room with stellar views. Gym was good but no yoga mats.

The entrance is not easy to understand. I ended up going in the back entrance and winding around. The indoor design is a bit cold and lacking in charm or sophistication, feels a bit like a ski hotel (not a lodge or chalet). made up for by the oasis outside in a bustling commercial retail center.

Huge thank you to David, Nuno, and the other hotel staff for an excellent stay. My original 1 night stay was extended to 9 days because I fell ill. The staff arranged my transportation to the hospital for diagnosis (bronchitis, not COVID luckily!) and continued to check in on me each time I passed the front desk. Everyone was extremely kind, thorough, and accommodating. I don't wish for anyone to be sick on vacation, but if you are, you could not pick a better place to rest and convalesce. Plus, the breakfast served every morning was delicious! Thank you all so much, I will most surely stay here again when I return to Andorra

Outside area for swimming pool and dinner. Also the special activities, cinema a la fresca on Tuesday, very good idea. Most nice was the service. High service orientation by all members.

I think the hotel should improve the quality of the coffee. It was very light. We had to order several times stronger coffiees and the same happened with several customers we meet.

Even though we did the wrong choice about the room, they were very helpful and fast on changing to another one. Wifi was not working n the new room, so they helped us again change the room in the middle of the night. I definitely recommend the hotel, the service is very nice and all the facilities are very very clean. The staff is awesome!

Fantastic location and very reasonable out of season.

We’ve been coming here for years but this year is the first it started to feel like service and experience was slipping,… still, it’s the best hotel in Andorra central so we’ll definitely be back next year.

beautiful grounds, beautiful pool and at first I was dreading how far away it was from the pedestrian shopping but the staff showed me a great short cut

there was a small issue with the AC not working but staff was able to change me rooms very quickly and were very apologetic and gave me a credit on my final bill which was more than adequate
