Beautifully decorated rooms with many amenities. Small, comfortable hotel about 10 minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake.
Though both our rooms had a window, they were off of an alcove of sorts, so that the bedrooms themselves seemed somewhat dark, though there were enough light fixtures, except by the bed, which did not have enough light for reading. I believe we had requested front facing rooms, but we wound up with rooms on the back side of the hotel, so that was disappointing. It's hard to know if the good rate we got through booking.com was the reason we were given less desirable rooms. We had a busy schedule so we didn't try to change the rooms, but in retrospect, I wish we had.

The Service was fantastic. Mr Tung did an outstanding job in taking care on short notice to arrange in a very dedicated customer friendly way a transportation to Halong international port. He also helped us after leaving the hotel. It is great to have such dedicated and motivated personal taking care of guests. Thank you

Hotel was great, room was clean and modern, good breakfast in the morning and super helpful staff.
The only thing was the laundry cost for clothes which was obscene and incredibly overpriced. Get your laundry done through a local vendor (or risk paying 110$AUD for 14 pairs of undies, 3 shirts, 1 pants and 2 tshirts)

I felt the room was rather small for the cost. view was just ok of rooftops. Don’t be fooled by the bathtub. only enough luke warm water to fill 3 inches. You won’t be soaking in it after a long day walking around. :(

Great location an easy walk tot he old area of Hanoi. I really appreciated being a little removed from the hustle and chaos of the more touristy areas. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and variety.

Very comfortable and clean room. Location was excellent to walk to restaurants, shopping and activities. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable regarding booking side trips and good restaurants.

Bath tubs were a bit high for older people to climb in and out of easily.
