nice beds, clean rooms.

miss advertisement, was led to believe that an upgrade would provide an oven in the room and a walk-in shower ( having had knees surgery recently it was painful and unbalanced to have to step into the bathtub/shower) both were not true. We booked a room for 5 people and confirmed we had 5 people the day we registered. yet on the morning of the second day we had to request, an additional set of dishes and towel for our 5th Pearson, only to have to make a second request again at noon. Communication between staff was poor, when I asked for a detailed list on our needs as well as the fact that there was only 2 teaspoons in the room when we arrived. when your staff came the first time she only had an assortment of silverware and towel in hand and I had to request the 5th set of dishes.

didnt care for the breakfast, coffee was good but very strong. staff excellent, maids cleaned room but left alot of trash on top of the kitchen counter and we tipped over 20.00, but loved the stay and will be back.

I got a bathtub. I spent two hours in it the first night. The water temp was great. My whole stay was relaxing and wonderful. The whole staff was kind and very helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked; pots & pans, dishes, flatware, mixing bowls. They even provided dish soap, wash rag, dish towel, & dishwasher detergent. There is a vanity area with shelving on the side. Beds are comfortable. The price was terrific. I don't think I could have picked a better place. Thank you!

I requested a room with a tub, received a reply that they could do that, then got a room without a tub. They did fix it. 😊 Noisy neighbor the last two nights. They were up until 2AM. I wasn't sure what I could do about it. I needed a broom and had to ask the front desk for one. If possible you could have a cleaning station for rooms with a broom and dust pan, or you could put a hand broom and dust pan in each room for crummy cooking spills.

The staff was absolutely awesome and were extremely willing to help. The location is great being around literally everything you could need (food places everywhere, Walmart, Best Buy, gyms, etc.)The room was much bigger then expected and was extremely comfy. The room we stayed in also had a full sized fridge, utensils, and a dish washer.

I was not a big fan of the pool area as it was extremely stuffy because the pool is heated and indoor. Other then that I couldn’t have a complaint in the world.

I loved the style of room I had, and all of it's amenities. I basically stayed in a studio apartment with a full size fridge, a stovetop, and dishwasher! The king size bed was almost TOO comfortable, and the walk-in shower was massive!

There were unfortunately some issues with the elevator for some guests while I was there. There were stairs conveniently located next to the side entrance door, so it wasn't never an issue for me personally.

The property is in a great location. Everything you need as for as shopping for food, computer parts or anything else is within walking distance!

Everything was superb but checking in was a bit of a problem cause whomever took my name in the Booking.com spelled it wrong so it caused major problems for me at the beginning. But the manager at the resistance inn was on top of it and found my reservation and cleared everything up.

Great location, plenty of parking. Perfect sized room. Awesome to have mini kitchen. Plenty of dining options close by. Nice fire pit outside as well. And when I return to visit family, I will stay again. Will just ask for room that hopefully doesn't have a rattling A/C. I would still recommend to stay here. And only 3 minute drive to my daughter's house so location was just perfect for me.

Due to corona virus, they gave you a sack breakfast when you asked which included a microwavable breakfast sandwich, juice box, cheese muffin, orange. I was expecting where you serve yourself eggs, sausage, etc but it was something at least. I specifically booked this hotel because they served breakfast, might have booked elsewhere if I was updated about the change. Also the A/C in the room rattled all night long. When I went to grab glasses from cupboard, looked like not washed. The staff ignores you when you come and go in lobby. Not used to that, came from California where they have to warmly great you every time.

The space, cleanliness, nice couch, small living room, kitchen, actually dishes.

That there wasn't a bath and no shower door. The water splashed all over the floor!

I love the Marriott Residence hotels when we are visiting family and need a place to stay for a few days. It keeps us from imposing on our family in small quarters and gives us lots of space to kick back, relax, maybe even entertain them for dinner in the room. Can count on each hotel for cleanliness, spaciousness and graciousness from the staff. Particularly important while trying to travel during Covid 19.
