The continental breakfast was very nice. There were multiple options, cooked food was nice and hot, and the kitchen attendant was friendly and worked hard to keep up with the morning rush. The size and layout of the room were comfortable and the split shower and toilet area with sink were convenient. The registration desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the bar on this visit but it was a nice addition and multiple people looked like they were enjoying it.

The mattress was too soft and probably needed to be replaced. I always take disinfectant wipes to wipe down handles, remotes, table tops, etc for health reasons. The TV remote showed signs of dirt as well as the edges of the desk were clearly dirty. There was a large water bug (roach) that was on the couch and started to climb on our 10 yr old granddaughter. She would not come back to our room, but stayed in her parents room. Bright outside light directly next to our window brightened our room (133) at night in spite of closing the black out curtains.

Arrived around 11 pm to discover no room service, no restaurants open and very few food options at the counter. Had some trouble with Uber not wanting picking me up early in the morning.

The Breakfast was fine. I noticed if you didn't get down there way before it ended that there wasn't much left. The location was perfect for us because my daughter lives close by. I really liked the Sofa / Couch even though we didn't need to use it. Thinking of buying a similar one for out guest room at home.

There was nothing we didn't like except leaving to go back home =)

I loved the pull out bed, it was very beneficial. I liked that our room had to toilet and the tub in separate rooms, we have small children and it just made things a lot easier. I also LOVED the options on the tv to login to our Netflix and Amazon Prime to watch our shows, and it was super easy to log all our personal info out at once.

I didn't love the breakfast selection. I understand with COVID there's going to be some restrictions, but that just felt a little subpar to me. And I really didn't understand the "breakfast on the go" thing. I've never seen it before, and there was a sign that said to ask the front desk, but when I did he just pointed back to the "breakfast" area and said "It's over there." No explanation or anything, it wasn't hard to figure out, but his tone and response rubbed me the wrong way.

Very clean, comfortable room with nice amenities. Smelled great.

It was very crowded at breakfast but that's normal for a weekend morning and parking was tough, but that is not something you could have helped.

Messy breakfast room. Could have a bit more variety. Had to go and find someone to stock up breakfast. No amenities coffee a couple of days. Found a pair of old shoes in the wardrove when we arrived.

The breakfast was really good. There was a good selection of breakfast items and everything was fresh, clean, and food was replenished quickly. There was not a long wait for fresh food and coffee. The staff working the area were great!

I was really disappointed about not having the waffles and hot breakfast. I loved the room and the accommodations the clerk provided for the my children and their spouses rooms next to each other.

We had to switch rooms because the tv wasn’t working, the the refrigerator didn’t stay cold in the 2nd room we were provided and the ac should be turned off at a certain time of the night.

I love the property, very nice and clean at all times. The rooms are beautiful, clean and smells good! I love the staff, I had a problem with the toilet the first day it wouldn’t flush, I told the staff and they fixed the problem immediately! Overall this is a beautiful property and I will stay here every time I visit kemah!

I didn't stay long at all in the room, as I had a race the next am; so not a lot of time anywhere in this location.
