the location is everything here at this hotel. that is the main reason why we keep booking this hotel every year when we stay in Gatlinburg. the hotel itself is nice and I’ve never had a problem there. they have been renovating it and this year we stayed in one of the renovations and I loved the updates they did but the key seller of staying here is definitely the location! it’s the perfect spot in the strip to go either way and close to everything. will deff be staying here again and again. also on a positive I have never had a bad experience with the staff there they always so helpful and friendly from the ladies working the front to the ladies working for cleaning the rooms everyone so nice.

it is just a tad bit run down but nothing major or awful and like I said before they are undergoing renovations so it is getting a facelift all over and looking very nice

The location was ideal and the bed was excellent. The room had been nicely renovated and was appealing in appearance. The staff was helpful and kind.

Our room had kind of a sour smell. Carpet?? The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the shower was slow to drain.

Really close and convenient to everything. The hotel is old as most of them are in the area, but doesn’t mean it’s not a great place to stay like other have stated. You could tell it was being updated. Staff was really nice. The price was reasonable. Great place overall.

Shower curtain smelt soured. Even though we could see and smell the towels & sheets were clean they were stained all over. No one really wants to see that when staying in a hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel and the newly remodeled rooms. We decided to extend our stay an extra day last minute and searched for a hotel in the heart of Gatlinburg. The price and quality of the room exceeded our expectations. I will plan to stay here again on our trips. The staff was amazing, Jenn I believe is her name was extremely sweet and gave us a parking tag when we arrived almost 5 hours early for check in so we could park and walk the strip. She also took our phone number and said she would call us as soon as our room was ready so we could settle in and go about the rest of our day. Overall we had an amazing experience with this hotel.

Rooms were clean and newly remodeled. Reagan Resorts Inn was close to food places, close to attractions, could walk to both sides of town easily and was located in the center of town. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again later on this year. It was nice and quite.

The bed pillows were kinda soft. We will bring our solid foam pillows for our next stay. The pool was clean, but needed to be skimmed. Pollen covered the water surface.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, plus two kids. We basically had two separate rooms, very similar to a condo. We had a full kitchen, full size fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There was a shower plus a spa tub. The couch in the living room pulled out to a full size bed. The location was very good, just a few steps from the main strip.

The elevator area looked a little sketchy, but once we got to the room we were very pleased.

They've done a great job remodeling. I liked the building was secure, having to use your key card to get in. 9' parking garage for my Jeep. Room was nice and clean as was balcony. Excellent location right on the strip but far enough back the traffic noise wasn't an issue.

Two minor things, wouldn't keep me from staying again. Water pressure was poor but as is majority of hotels in Gatlinburg. The AC unit was quite noisy right next to the bed.

The location, the staff, the cleanliness, definitely splurge for the whirlpool bathtub!! This place gets our business EVERY YEAR! We love this place. Nice beds, good Tv, nice staff. No worries about it being dirty! If possible they do check you in early. It's less than 100ft from the moving theater and tgif ( in opposite directions) The pool will be closing this weekend. ( 9/23 )

The elevator gets me every time, still safe just a bit wobbly. I would recommend bringing an extension cord for extended stays, the outlets are a little sparce. There is no breakfast but right beside a pancake house!

. l.Liked the location. Great view of the mountain. Right on the parkway. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Beds were soft. A nice woman where you check in was very helpful very friendly. Maintenence man was friendly and helpful. Room Cleaning service man was friendly and did his job well. The cleaning woman helper did job well but has a aditude. Maybe it was a bad day. We all have them. We checked back in again and stayed longer. Had a nice balcony pool area. Would have added more days again but they were booked. Best place to stay if you don't want to pay for parking. We will be back next time. Hopefully soon. Thanks to all the staff. If you enjoyed it as much as we did you will want to extend your stay. The man next to here at Shoneys makes the best coffee. Visit the donut frier in the village. Great food. Enjoyed our stay The Mattinglys and The Dubins Kentucky

The location was great

The shower curtain needs replaced. Water was all over the bathroom by the time you got done with your shower. The parking garage was trashed. The yellow box I'm not sure what it's for but I think it does not belongs in the parking garage. Parking spaces need to be marked for small cars and larger cars or trucks. I wish that I would have taken pictures. The wall beside the shower is very damaged due to the water from the shower.
