Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg

This is the second time we've stayed here while in Gatlinburg. Convenient, friendly, and CLEAN.

That we couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is conveniently located where you can walk to everything! The rooms were clean and nice!

We had an $82 charge on our bill that didn’t belong to us. We reported it to the employee at the front desk and he told us he would “look into and get back to us in a couple of days.” My husband said, “No. We want it taken care of before we leave.” The employee was extremely rude and acted like we were asking for something unreasonable.

Everything about this facility was fantastic From the breakfast thru the hot tub in the evening All of the Staff was exceptional Front Desk was super accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Housekeeping was prompt thorough courteous and friendly. Chefs and servers were welcoming and friendly and attentive not only at Breakfask which was served fast even with our large party and a full house, at lunch as well which was actually quite delicious. This was the true Hilton Experience which was amazing especially at this difficult time of finding quality employees. Someone is doing something right ! Thank You

Beautiful hotel with fire pit by the jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean. The lobby had a lovely fireplace and TV for everyone to watch the games. Our room was a king with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and balcony. Decor was warm and rustic throughout. Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Food was decent. Not included, but options for buffet or cooked to order were available. Location was great. Walking distance to the downtown strip and attractions.

Great location, right by the river and within short walking distance from the strip. Jacuzzi in the room was a great addition.

Person at front desk acted like they hated their job which made the check in process take longer than it should have. Other than that, everything else was great.

Location was really good. Facility was very nice.

Elevator and common area temperature were unusually warm. Elevator was borderline uncomfortable it was so warm. When we pulled into pavilion at front to check in you have to turn back onto the public road to get to the parking lot which is a blind turn due to landscaping and or signs. Knowing this in advance could have remedied this problem by simply entering the property on the left hand side and continuing to the parking lot in the rear via the right hand side road.

Quiet, clean modern. Good location near fine dinner dining. Pleasant walk along river to shops and restaurants. Nice morning breakfast. Had a light dinner one evening coming in after hiking. Convenient to have small restaurant at hotel. Much better than going to busy, noisy restaurant first thing in morning. Our hotel even had a hot coffee available in lobby. All staff was courteous and helpful.😊

I had booked online yet the hotel was not aware or did not notice that I had paid for included breakfast and i got charged. I was later reimbursed.

The location is great with easy access to the Parkway and is in a quiet location. To the right of the front entrance, driving out of the entrance is a little dangerous because you are unable to see what is coming around the corner due to the shrubbery/ plants. It's difficult to see oncoming traffic to the left because the hotel sets in a curve. You may want to take a look at that before someone has a wreck in front of the hotel.

The Breakfast was good, but I primarily had to eat the same thing for breakfast everyday. Need to add eggs to the waffle, pancake and French toast options on the menu. There should be more options on the menu to choose from because if you gonna run it like a restaurant then there should be more choices. The furniture in the room needed to be cleaned. The arms of the couch was dirty., but the overall cleanliness of the room was great.

Nice hotel, but overpriced.

I loved that our room was clean, had a fireplace, bed was comfortable to me. I loved that I could walk right out the front door and catch a trolley/shuttle downtown. The skylift up to the skybridge was within walking distance as well as many other popular tourist activities.

The breakfast buffet needs a bit more choice. There was a wait list for breakfast. The man in charge of that takes his job seriously. No one got past him without being checked in. :)
