La Quinta by Wyndham Harrisburg Airport Hershey

It is an older building but seemed newly renovated everything was clean staff freindly and helpful breakfast area was nice well staffed plenty of seating. Was a great place for overnight stay. Very good value for $ spent. Also had pretty good wifi and tv was internet connected with YouTube and Netflix built in. Nice perk for us

Only complaint was the room furniture being dated and in poor condition wth scars on wood surfaces and a rip on the recliner arm. Just didn't look the best but were functional

The front desk girl was very friendly & helpful. She recommended a great place close by for dinner.

What I didn't like was the bathroom could have been cleaner. The blow dryer handle was covered in foundation makeup from a former guest making it very sticky, actually it was quite gross. I feel clean bathrooms are a must. We typically always stay at LaQuinta's. We travel with our Sheltie and have only encountered one place that actually smelled like a dirty dog. I'm not sure if anyone in the corporate world reads these comments or not.

The kitchen staff is amazing and better than any restaurant! They were accommodating and very sweet to my dogs. So nice to see great people! Thank you , you rock!

The lady that checked us in could of been a little more patiences with me . This was our first time here. Still had an awesome stay! Thank you!

We felt very fortunate to have found this LaQuinta! The staff and owner/manager were amazing. They were warm, friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was very well maintained and our room was spotless and very comfortable! We even had a mini fridge and a microwave in our room which was a pleasant surprise!! The young lady who checked us in and signed us out (Tamara) could not have been more welcoming. She is a gem!

Location, newly painted and new bedding, etc., since we last stayed in June of 2021 because Wyndham took over.

The hotel double-charged us for our stay the night of 12/21/22!! They charged on 12/21 my husband's credit card that we used for our last stay in June of 2021, and they also charged my credit card that I gave them to use for this stay. My husband is currently registering a dispute with his credit card company.

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Price was reasonable.

No parking, there were a couple commercial vehicles taking up several spots so when we came back from a concert, there wasn’t a single parking spot. A cleaning lady walked in on my husband after he checked in, he just got out the shower. A cleaning man walked in on my husband sleeping around 1030am; we asked for a late check out. They need to communicate with each other a little better about these things.

There was a problem with my reservation and Nicky fixed it. She was courteous and polite and made sure there was a room available for me.

The system tried to take my payment, even though I was not a prepay. My card was locked, so the request was denied. I had not had a chance to check in, the system canceled my reservation.

Was very comfortable for us and our cats. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Staff was exceptionally kind and breakfast was hot and delicious. Very clean. The Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner was excellent!

Internet was spotty, so if you’re traveling for business and need a reliable connection to Internet, try somewhere else.

The breakfast they offered was good and at a reasonable time. The hotel was at a convenient location, close to restaurants, shopping centers and attractions. Staff was nice and hotel was well kept and clean. I liked that they allowed dogs for no extra fee. Plus designated areas for the dog.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I wish there was more hot options for breakfast other then pork sausage, bacon and waffles. There were no safety bars in the shower.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional.

Housekeeping making sure there are enough towels for number of guests staying in the room (we were short one set). Elevator didn't sound quite right but we made it up and down fine.
