Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg - Hershey-West, PA

The pool was very clean and the room was very nice....spacious.

I only have one complaint my family called for more towels and toilet paper....at the front desk Saturday morning on 3/18 and the receptionist said she's too busy, for us to come to the front desk. She abruptly hung up the phone as well.. My family wasn't able to at the moment and would have really appreciated the help. When my family was finally able to come out, the individual was just on their phone. I just personally feel that could have been handled in a more polite manner. 🤷‍♀️

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Rooms were decent and clean for the most part. Very good breakfast.

Found some clothing items in the room that had been left behind by the people previously staying before us which is tell tale that the rooms are not thoroughly checked. Room was comfortable but not as clean as it should be. Hair left throughout the bathroom and shower, hair stuck on all the towels and washcloths, shower was not thoroughly wiped down as there was dirt in the corners and along edges/caulking. The pool and spa was extremely full of chlorine, burned the eyes when entering the pool area and made it difficult to breath so we did not swim very long.

Convenient location

Country Inn and Suites by Radisson Harrisburg Hershey West PA sent an email stating my card was declined after booking a week in advance with the same card. I updated the card, and it went through. After returning home, I discovered that both cards had been charged. I immediately contacted the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson about the charge only to be put on hold and then told a manager would return my call. After tirelessly waiting for a call that never happened from the manager, I will have to update this post after I fight for my refund!

The included breakfast was pretty good and nice to have each morning, the room was much bigger than I imagined and the included mini-fridge and microwave was a nice bonus too. The bed was pretty comfortable after settling in from a long, but fun, day at Hershey Park. Also, checkout was a breeze with it being contactless by just texting them when you were out of the room finally and could just leave. Lastly, the checkout time here was 12PM is the latest checkout I've ever had and gave plenty of time to have breakfast, come back up, shower, pack up, and head out.

Clean, quiet, centrally located, great continental breakfast. The beds & pillows were so comfy, we all slept well. Love the black out curtain. Felt quite safe there.

The shower curtain does not hang down into the tub far enough. We had a flood twice leading to a very slippery tile floor. No one fell, thankfully, but could've been dangerous. I brought it up to the clerk when checking out. She said shower curtains were not in the budget! A lot cheaper than a liability/injury issue. Wet tile floors are extremely slippery

My stay was so Pleasant staff was very accommodating and very welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and there was a lot of variety Not to mention it taste great. I will definitely Be a returning customer

I really appreciated that the room smelled wonderful when I got there also it was cleaned very well. I also genuinely appreciate the Hotel supplying breakfast for their guests, that was sincerely a great pleasure for my family and I. I also love the fact that they were very accommodating to my requests

We liked all the amenities. The pool, hot tub ,breakfast. 24 hour coffee station. Everyone very friendly. The breakfast was good and workers kept eating area spotless. Really hard workers. Very easy idk 15 or 20 minutes to Hershey Park. Plenty of places to dine and shop nearby.

I liked everything about the property. If I had one critique and it’s probably the same in most places. I wish all indoor pool areas had a rougher surface to make the floor less slippery.

It is a beautiful place with great rooms and a pool/ hottub area. Complimentary breakfast was light. Outside of the waffles, everything else was blah. If they enforce the pool/hottub rules and enhance the breakfast, everything would be great.

Went to the pool area. I was very disappointed because my family couldn't enjoy the hottub and swim in the pool in peace. Another family had terribly behaved kids, screaming, yelling, the kid even took off his trunks in the hottub(where he shouldn't have been anyway). Other than that, everything else was great.

Hotel is in a great location, close to Hershey attractions and with lots of restaurants nearby. Room and lobby were very clean. Free breakfast was very good, lots of options. Bed was comfortable. Was nice to have HBO on TV.

The tv remote didn't work for turning TV on and off or volume. The window shade didn't work and a lot of bright light came through the blinds. There was a lot of road noise overnight. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the floor was soaking wet and very slippery.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and inviting. The room setup was perfect for our family. I like the separate sitting area from the sleeping area. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The pool was freezing & not heated at all. So cold. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a sign you could put on your door for “do not disturb” so the housekeeping wouldn’t come in. I was not expecting for housekeeping to enter our room while we were out.
