their location and the staff was nice

The piping was weird in the room in the bathroom. He made a lot of noise and sometimes the hot water didn’t work. The bar close down early and housekeeping didn’t come to your room on a daily basis or at least every other day we were there for four days. I thought that housekeeping will come by at least once. also, the conference food was not that great.

We did not order breakfast since it was not complementary. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and pillows and wished we could take them home with us. I asked for a rollaway bed and was very pleased at its size and comfort for my 8 year old child. Friendly service at all times.

Our toilet was running constantly so I mentioned this issue to the front desk on Friday morning letting them know and that it probably needs a new flapper. They told me they would let maintenance know and get the toilet fixed. It was never fixed and continued to run the rest of our stay through Sunday. I did not contact the front desk again since they were very busy and we just lived with the noise.

The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool was nice and clean and it was awesome that there was a sauna to enjoy as well as a workout room.

The pictures online seemed different than what I actually got. I asked for a balcony with a view, however I got placed on the second floor and couldn't see much. When I got to the room, the Television didn't work, and the closet was off of its tracks. They sent their engineer up to have it fixed, but it would have been easier to just have us placed in a different room.

The location is great, and breakfast was delicious. They have bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, juices, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and more. You can also request an omelet or pancakes they'll custom-make for you. And the lobby/atrium is so neat with the trees, fountain, pools, koi fish, and more.

Wifi was not free; it's $8 a day unless you're a Renaissance member. The carpet in our room was old, and room service didn't come on Saturday at all. Also, I wish there was a hot tub. They have an indoor pool and sauna, but no hot tub.

The hotel is very nice and located well.

The pet deposit was more than advertised. My dog left no mess yet I was charged double the advertised amount. Room service closed to early. It should be available till midnight.

Enjoyed the indoor pool and that it was open late. Liked the sauna. Roomed was clean and my 2 and 3 year boys really enjoyed taking the glass elevator to our room. The staff was great and put us in a room on one of the upper levels.

Didn't like there was a charge for breakfast.

Beautiful property. I became ill during the night and the staff let me have a late check out. I have stayed at this location several times, the staff and location are excellent.

It was clean. Only wish there had been a hot tub. But swimming was nice too. My daughter loved it!!! Beds were super comfy! Pillows were excellent!!! We were very pleased!

Good location for the hotel. The bar/restaurant was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I upgraded my room to a king with a suite. The upgrade nearly doubled my cost but the upgrade hardly seemed to be worth it. I guess I had high expectations for a room which would cost me $175 per night.
