Hyde Park Hotel

Very comfortable, reasonably priced with the room block, enjoyed being able to use the comfortable lobby space for post-assembly conversation around shared bottles of wine.

Breakfast was chaotic - everybody was trying to eat breakfast at the same time on Saturday morning because it only opened at 7 a.m. and we all had to be at the assembly by 8. I also heard of one car break-in on the property from one of our assembly-goers.

the washer didn’t wring out my clothes , 10/12 girls jacket , small extra light kids blanket, and a swimsuit. moved it to another washer , same results . I had to have my granddaughter help me twist wring our clothes at midnight . which caused us to be up over a hour longer than we needed to be ( with a early morning . ) I did report it both times and he said he would check into it . Never offered to reimburse me. Which was only a inconvenience as I had to go back to the 5 th floor to get more money . Other than the laundry area it was a great experience.

The property was classy with spacious rooms, a nice pool if you enjoy getting some sun, and within easy walking distance to several nice restaurants. Also, a Quik Trip practically on the property. This is extremely helpful. It was also very close to St. Francis Hospital. We were there to visit a family member in the hospital.

The hotel seemed to be operating with limited staff. As a result, when the front desk was busy, it was hard to get help in a timely fashion. Also, while most similar hotels have already returned to offering a full, hot breakfast, this hotel still only offers a “COVID” breakfast (nothing prepared). It was good but limited. I will say that the manager was quick to help with any issues and was very attentive to helping guests however she could. It just seemed she could use a little more staff.

The room was very comfortable and accommodating for a family. Superb location!! Beds were great and the cleanliness of the room was amazing. I liked that we had an ironing board in our room, a fridge, and a microwave. the cable channels were wonderful. The sofa bed was was actually clean and comfortable which was a huge plus! Jessica at the front desk was the kindest most welcoming person ever!!

Breakfast was below average and the reception area was a bit gloomy.

The room was big,niece and comfortable. The bed was niece, soft and warm. I like that shower was very big, and the water was very warm.

The shower water had a metal smell. The refrigerator was not in a safe place and there was no ironing board in our room. The closest rod was too low to hang our clothing. The pillows were too soft.

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean

My shower was leaking, it dripped the entire night so to sleep I needed to close the bathroom door. The staff was the worst part for me. I was misinformed upon check in regarding my staff. During check out I was told 3 different excuses by 3 different people all claiming to be the manager that day. I was met with attitudes, talked over while I tried to talk..I left with zero resolve to my questions. I will not return to that location again

I liked the location, there were several restaurant choices within walking distance. The staff was my favorite part of the stay, they were so friendly and helpful.

The walls were thin it seemed like, we could hear doors shutting all throughout the night.

I LOVED THE LOCATION!!! I LOVED THAT MY ROOM WAS A SUITE. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.

THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. THE VARIETY WAS NOT GOOD. I WANTED A BAGLE, HOWEVER THE BAGLE TOASTER DID NOT WORK. A HEAT AND EAT SAUSAGE BISCUIT AND CEREAL WERE THE OPTIONS.

Close to mabee center, and the size

It is very outdated. A lot of water stains and bedding was stained. The room stunk so bad and the hallways.

Room had sofa and small table with two chairs which was great as we were traveling with a 2 year old.

Air conditioner in our first room was not working. We got a new room for our second night.
