All of the staff were awesome! Super helpful and very friendly. Requested extra blankets for the pull out sofa in our room and got them without hassle. The front desk clerk, Venus, was extremely helpful with printing our water park passes the first day of our stay. The breakfast clerk was also friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell. There was plenty of storage space in our room for luggage and other accessories. The shower was a walk in shower which was easily accessible. The pool was clean, plenty of towels available. The fitness area was clean and well equipped. The hotel offered free laundry for guests. There were 3 sets of washers/dryers available to use. We utilized the dryer several times for wet swimsuits. The beds were comfortable too.

The breakfast was ok. They offered a decent amount of choices but other than the make it yourself waffles, the omelets and breakfast sandwiches were hard from sitting there for too long. The breakfast clerk was very helpful though and super friendly.

Patricia the front desk manager was so helpful and thoughtful , my wife and I will now look for Home 2 Suites by Hilton as our preferred travel hotel. Upon check in the evening female and male front desk were also helpful and accommodating for our stay. We loved this hotel. Far exceeded other mid style hotels to a 4 star for amenities and a good breakfast.

Absolutely perfect! The rooms were quite large and really nicely laid out! Loved the curtain to separate the couch/sitting area! I was worried about location, but Marysville is an awesome little town! Our destination was the Ohio Caverns which are about 30 minutes from Marysville, but this couldn’t have worked out better! I highly recommend the Japanese hibachi place across the street!

The staff is excellent. Pleasant and answered all of my questions. The facility is very comfortable and accommodating.

The only problem I had was my emailed price for two nights with breakfast was around $258. , however when I gave the person at the desk my credit car it shows a charge of $298 (approximately). I asked and she explained it was a charge incase of any damage and would be credited after they inspected the room. Two things, first I am a 74 and traveling alone. I don’t need any towels, sheets or hair dryers, I have plenty at home. Second if that’s what you sre doing you should make your guests aware of that instead of putting the charge thru without notifying us first.

The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel. Also loved the breakfast bar and how big the room was! We didn't feel cramped at all!

The bed on the right sunk in towards the middle and wasn't very comfortable and I didn't care for the pillows. There was a kid after 10 pm above us running back and forth, back and forth in the room above our heads. NOT pleasant and quiet! Not your fault though

Clean and comfortable

Front desk staff Saturday morning Aug 26th was very rude and unprofessional! We requested more towels, toilet paper and she told us to take it to our room ourselves as we were leaving. Also shower would not stay shut when we showered.

Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. There was plenty of places to set and very comfortable. I love that it was pet friendly and the major reason we stayed there. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

There was a noise outside our room all night, like some sort of machinery running. We let the staff know as we were leaving. They were very apologetic and promised to look into it.

The Breakfast was great. Loved it. Options were plenty. Your staff was very helpful and Very Pleasant. We stay at many hotels when we travel.and visit with our grandchildren. We will stay again. This was out favorite. You have a staff member her name is Ryen, what a pleasant individual.

The room was very nice.plenty of furniture and space.

There were little hairs on the toilet seat, the ice machine on the second floor was broken, there were multiple spots in the parking lot covered in vomit. Thought id move my car to a new spot and yet again i stepped out into a pile of puke. Then the morning i see its several spots through several spaces that have been puked on.

Checking in the computer was down, had to wait 20 minutes for keys to our room, the clerk Insisted that I swipe my card again after i showed I paid on line. She tells me it didn't go through. Well how do you no it didn't go through if the computers are down??? Check the next morning this clerk hands me a paid receipt..Otherwise it was a nice stay
