Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin

It’s close to shopping and they have an amazing breakfast. They also had free clothes washers and dryers. We were on the second floor so we could easily use the stairs. They always had luggage carts. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. We would stay here again.

The carpet is old and kind of gross. The air conditioning took forever to cool the room.

I lost a sweatshirt during my stay that meant the world to me because it was my dad fiancé‘s sweater after searching the whole hotel for it and not finding it I reached out to the front desk and wonderful Brayden answered me and said he has it at the front desk I have yet to pick it up because I’m busy I’m hoping they still have it 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

The order black man that harassed my kids when I went downstairs to get their food from the bar he knocked on my hotel door I think he’s the manager he was trying to my kids were out in the hallway but they wasn’t!

The room was comfortable enough, although outdated and in need of a refresh. It was clean, but elements of age in the bathroom made it look the opposite. Appreciated the safe, refrigerator, etc. Public area was very nice, and food was good.

Our room was dated, the bed was hard, tub/shower small. The restaurant bar was understaffed, but our waiter was accommodating and friendly. Wish there had been china dishes for breakfast. The elevators had issues. Only one was working well. One was iffy, the 3rd wasn't functional

The breakfast buffet and omelette bar was very good and the staff was friendly and efficient. I had a mix up between the rate I had booked and the rate that was initially charged but the front desk person handled it with the accounting staff and corrected the problem. She had a great attitude and focused on the customer.

Our room could use a bit of a refresh as there were signs of wear and tear plus some mold in the bathroom caulk. There was only 1 TV remote in the room as well.

We booked a room for a night away for some quiet time away for our anniversary. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Loved there was a separate sitting area/room even though we did not use it. Despite the bathroom being fairly small the water pressure was great and hot. Loved the mirror. The hotel was very busy with lots of kids however later into the evening it was quiet and once in the bedroom of the suite we couldn't hear a a thing.

$10.00 for on property parking is little pricey for a basic parking lot. It would be different if this offered some type of extra security or was a covered parking garage but it is a normal parking lot that was almost completely full as the hotel was super busy Saturday night.

Room was clean. Bed was super comfy. Fridge in room was so cold that froze my soda. Great location in Dublin. With the exception of one guest service gentleman (who act as though every question was a personal attack) everyone else was super kind and friendly.

Because of Covid they do not refresh your room if you are there multiple nights. I ran out of towels the 2nd night and was "chastised " by guest services to ask for more. If local bars are now having people sit at the bar...why does the bar at Embassy Suites remain closed ? 8th floor room was incredibly hot (registered 85° with fan on before I complained) was told I had to "deal with it" as their coolers had not been turned on yet.

the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. the hotel was very clean. they have 2 complementary alcohol drinks from 5:30-7:30p and snacks which I thought was neat. friendly/helpful staff.

they didn’t have the king room which I had reserved, ended up with a double room. the mattresses were uncomfortable for us, very firm. it is so hot in the pool area it’s difficult to sit in there and watch your kids

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. The coffee and tea amenities were generous and I loved the 2 televisions. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The carpeting in the room was very stained and should have been replaced by now. There was wallpaper peeling in the room, which took away from the modern furnishings. Due to the coronavirus, people are ordering in more, but the trashcans are tiny and don't do much help. I saw many full bags of trash in the hallways.

The breakfast was good considering the Covid 19 restrictions. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the facility. The person at the desk was helpful and gave us some good suggestions for places to eat near the hotel that were within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have an airport shuttle like some of the other hotels. Dublin doesn't have any a public transit system that we could figure out, and rental cars were not available, so getting around was really expensive with taxis and ride share rides.

The room was clean and stocked. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful. My kids were amazed. The pool was nice and our stay was great. There was 6 of us (2 littles) so we had a lot of garbage. We tried to bag everything up and left a tip to show our appreciation.
