Size of Room, Size of bathroom, Very comfortable beds, Excellent channel lineup

Four Employees hanging out at Checkin desk when you walk in when the lobby wasn’t clean was not a good first impression,Being woken up at 7am by Constant Hammering from construction crews right beside us at the building being built. Should have been forewarned about this.

The room was nice. The facilities were good-looking. Most of the staff was very kind. The coffee and breakfast were nice.

The manager wasn’t the nicest guy. The pool never opened. The Wi-Fi was terrible and the reason we changed to a different hotel.

Everything went well until I tried to stay for a additional night, and the staff person took a very long time to tell me NO and didn't offer any suggestions which I found on my own under the same Hyatt Hotel located only a few minutes away. Jonathon was very helpful and informative but when I went to check out I didn't receive the same courtesy from the outgoing clerk. Didn't catch his name but he was more interested in speaking to the passing women. Definitely feel he needs customer service training because he didn't do Hyatt hotel any justice at all. I was easily able to book a room myself in minutes which he could have done as well.

Decent common courtesy of just saying let me check our sister hotel a few miles away would have made a good impression on this hotel chain.

Wonderful staff who were very accommodating. We had originally booked for 4 nights but decided to drive back home sooner so only stayed there 3 nights. When I informed the staff, they were very understanding and helpful. Someone was always present at the front desk. Good breakfast. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Also, they had very reliable and fairly fast EV chargers in their parking lots. The location is great too. Overall, we had a good stay.

We don't have any complaints inside the hotel but there were some non Electric Vehicles who would park in the charging spots. Maybe the hotel could put up a sign at some charging spots so that EVs can have a place to charge their cars. Having said that, we always found a spot to charge our car. So that was good.

Cleanliness. Spacious room & nice setup! Super comfy bed - slept amazing! Friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed one night but it’s somewhere you can stay longer if needed. Sheetz near by. Does have a pool but didn’t have time to use it. Bar in the lobby. Continental breakfast was a little picked over but it was still delicious - pancakes, fresh sausage links, yogurt, etc! definitely very pleased!!!!

Hot breakfast had a great selection. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, anything needed they would provide. They have a very strict mask mandate so if you are not ok with that this is not the place for you. Overall loved our stay loved the hot tub and pool and nice location.

All staff were extremely nice except for the male cook who was kind upset all the time.

When I opened my hotel room door my first thoughts were that it was very nice and I was very relieved and happy with the size, condition, and overall look and feel if the room. Almost immediately after that, I saw a roach walking through the room! I killed it but I was always slightly uncomfortable because I didn’t know if there were more. Additionally, the cleaning staff didn’t check the bathroom drawers or the refrigerator. There was still hair in the drawer from the previous guests (yuck) and there was a half drunk bottle of water in the refrigerator.

Poor coffee, expected more from Hyatt… it was really more like a “continental” one! Construction going on in the front of parking lot, dust cars and noise during the day! Also in a super hot week (90F + degrees) they have opened the pool just on memorial day weekend! Housecleaner never came in our room in 9 days (covid rules?) I was putting the garbage out myself…

The room was nice and spacious for two adults. I love the sectional sofa we had in our room. The shower was nice and strong. Everything was clean. The staff was nice and generous. I would definitely come back here or recommend this place.

The only thing I would change is maybe upgrade the lighting by the bathroom sink. It was a little dim.

I choose this location mainly because of the EV chargers. The hotel was great and being able to fill up my Tesla sealed the deal. The rooms are clean and large, and the staff is great.

A plug in Prius took up a charging spot all night even though that model only would need to charge for a few hours max. The other charging spots were full. A few extra EV spots would be really great as more and more people switch. The chargers themselves worked well, but a 32 amp charger would be nice for the increased speed along with Tesla destination chargers (no need for an adapter)
