the staff were all super friendly, the lobby and eating area was very comfortable

the room was small and had two queen beds with large wooden frames Everytime i walked through the room I banged my knee on the bed frame corner. the pool was a little too cool, it would have been nice to have a working fan in the bathroom, but everything else was fine.

Everything was great. I had 2 reservations which was done by accident but anyway we switched rooms the next day and the mattress was extremely bad. The middle of the bed was sinking I felt the coils but other then that the food, staff and hotel was very nice and clean.

My air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly and after being set at 70 degrees, the air never seem to reach that temperature and seemed to stay steady at 74 degrees. I didn't report this to the facility during my stay.

We felt comfortable and it seemed clean. The location was good for where we needed it. There were many shops and restaurants nearby.

We didn't like that we had to buy our breakfast. The continental breakfast was a banana or apple and yogurt. Very few choices unless you purchased a plate.

Beautiful property, quiet room, comfortable bed and furnishings, great kitchenette, friendly staff and excellent location!

Our toilet didn’t work great so that was an inconvenience but they sent up repairman once he arrived for the day.

Convenient facility for a business trip, with nice à la carte breakfast, clean and spacious rooms and a lively lobby. Swimming pool, gym and a fire place outside on the terrace. First restaurant, sports bar and a target just nearby. Friendly helpful staff.

Indoor pool [open til 10pm], location, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious enough, the living room separation, parking was a breeze & right by the elevator. Front Desk staff were very welcoming & friendly!

Housekeeping didn't move couches in living room to clean under them. There was dirt, gummies, grapes, & other trash under the couches. At check in, staff didn't mention a $25 hold that they place on your card.

wanted to take a dip in the pool, the pool area didn't look clean .. only one elevator work & i've never went a hotel were you had to pay for "complimentary" breakfast ...

Personal touches and beds were great. Facility smelled clean which was very nice.

I was charged for breakfast and told that I should be refunded the amount. Breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay.

The staff was friendly, and accommodating. They remembered my name when calling down to the desk to ask questions. They never seemed to be bothered by mu questions either. It was a very neat, clean, and comfortable stay.

The only thing that I didnt care for was that the room stayed low temperature while we were at the pool and had to wait for the room to warm up when we got back. We stayed in the winter and it was COLD outside.
