Fairfield Inn by Marriott East Rutherford Meadowlands

The hotel's location is great. Close to Newark airport, New York and Jersey Cities. Many shopping malls, restaurants, cafes are close (by car). Staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. So was the bathroom. Wifi was very good. The hotel had a large car parking. The breakfast was very good but no plenty of options.

- It rained heavily in the last night and there was water leak from the window to inside the room. My luggage got wet. - The walls isolation was not perfect. Many times we were impacted by the noise in other rooms or in the aisle.

I've stay in Fairfield Inn for 8 nights with another 3 friends. The reception team was amazing during our stay and was available to answer any questions, needs or requests we had over that week. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good and more American style but it was missing the pancakes. The hotel is conveniently located on a short distance from NYC on a bus journey of 15-20min and has a bus stop in front of the hotel. In general we would recommend the hotel and would rebook.

During the days we stay in there was some inconsistencies with the daily care of the room. Some days the bed were done and we had enough towels and some days the bed were not done. I escalated the situation and I was told that the beds should have been done and towels were immediately provided. About the situation they apologized about it and also stated that they were shorted in staff. Also we considered the breakfast room quite small for all the guests because sometimes we struggled to find a stable to sit all of us together.

Close to the American Dream. Overall the property was clean and comfortable.

Very close to NYC! Easy access via New Jersey transit (bus) to Port Authority in Manhattan. Comfortable room with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Decent breakfast with hot and cold selections!

It was neat, safe, orderly and the location is good.

I wasn’t able to claim my points because I booked from a Third Party. I spent 2 nights in that of NY and 7 days in that of East Rutherford, NJ.. missing out points on 9nights isn’t cool.

Very comfortable bed, although the pillows were too hard. Breakfast was wonderful

No amenties in the room. No hand lotion which was disappointing. The shower was a tub shower instead of a stall shower. No stall showers except for handicap rooms. Very disappointing. Almost 1/2 the hotel rooms were for handicap individuals.

Pillows were horrible and the breakfast was the saMe sausage and egg biscuits all week. Don’t expect a good breakfast till the weekend.

The access to the Bus Station to NY (Port Authority Bus Terminal), only 22 Minutes average of transit time. We can say, the location it´s excellente for those who travel to New York, and a 4 Star Hotel with a good value. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. If I go back to NY, I will be coming back to this hotel again. 100% recommended

Room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful in assisting us in getting transportation to our venue. It was very convenient to the Meadowlands. Nice complimentary breakfast.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. I always enjoy my stay at the Marriott. Thank you.
