Extended Stay America Suites - Secaucus - Meadowlands

I love Everything about this Hotel... The Management are Very Friendly, Understanding, and Caring..The Staff Members are always Smiling They Greet everyone that walks in their Helpful, Patient and Understanding as Well..I see sum of the feedback people write and the 2 or 3 Star that they give them plus the comments from other people and I don't see any of the things they say ACCURATE... This Hotel Deserves more than a 5 ⭐ if you ask me...I haven't had a good nite sleep till I came here 2 days ago and since we lost our Home in a fire and lost everything.. I've been to 4 other hotels and they was Nowhere like this. Hotel here at all.... I just want to say u Guys rock and got my VOTE-10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Again Thank u So Much 😊

great evening staff

The morning staff almost double charged me for the room, did not like my response to the question, and invoked a check-in policy as a result of my question, which made me uncomfortable. I have stayed at this location for over fifty in the last two years, So Im very familiar with the check-in and check policy

The facility was clean, the staff was sweet and helpful, and how comfortable and peaceful it was. I didn't hear a single noise coming from outside our room that night plus it is so close to MetLife Stadium which was great for our concert night, and the American Dream Mall. The grab and go breakfast was enough as well. Everything was great for us.

Front desk staff specifically Mr. Jose was great. I had left wallet on reception by mistake but it was kind enough of him to walk to my room and handover to me the same. True Gentlemen and great human being.

Breakfast is worst. They served only cup cakes and some bars and hot coffee. Not much option.

Room was nice and comfortable. The AC kept us cool. Plenty of restaurants and fast food around the corner for quick eats. Walmart was only 8 minutes away for buying stuff to cook inside of the hotel!

The breakfast could be a little more. Wish it wasn't just granola bars. etc

Very close to NY city. Price was decent for location. Staff very friendly. Nice it hen area and clean rooms. Free shuttle service into Manhattan even though we didn't use the service. Free parking. Overall a nice stay

Elevator was slow and kept breaking. Other than that everything was fine

Good services, answer our questions with clarity and help us to find a taxi to come back to the hotel. Pet friendly and no odour. Big room and really clean!!

The breakfast wasnt a breakfast! It was just hot water with oatmeal and some muffin… i was dissapointed. Bed are not really confortable.

Very close to where I was vacationing (American Dream) and staff was nice and quick to get me to my room. Room was nice for 2 nights.

Fire alarm went off around 12am in our second night. There was no fire. This was the only problem we had.

Pet owners that DO NOT CLEAN UP after their dogs. There was dog feces on the grass by the second entrance in the front of the building. 1A entrance. It was raining and I didn't have an umbrella so I cut across the grass and almost stepped in two piles of feces. I mean really that was irresponsible of that dog owner. The property is big enough for them to not allow their animal to defecate by the door. That should be common sense.

I liked that there was refrigerator and kitchen area but there was no utensils or plates; it was convenient location very close to the Met Life Stadium

I didn't like that my alarm went off randomly in the middle of night and there was a girl talking outside my door at 3 am so I didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked but that it not the hotels fault
