I did not care much for the LG television, Samsung brand televisions out perform LG bra d telecisions. I really didn't like the harsh and pervasive smell of chlorine from the swimming pool on the first level. The free breakfast needs a good deal of work. I don't know what the scrambled eggs were. The sausage gravy was hot and pleasant, not so much the biscuits, and the bacon was at the point of near incineration.

i did not use the on sight morning meal that was offered. it looked and smelled inviting though. I was in the area as a sponsor for the VA/DAV golf clinic for blind and disabled veterans. Being a disabled veteran with a service dog I found the Hotel exceedingly well set up for someone in my situation. There was not anything I would have wanted any different for my stay.

Location my the mall and yummy restaurants is perfect. Clean bathrooms. Great smelling soaps and shampoos. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfest food was great

Garbage can in the room was too small. Thexrefrigeratoe was hard to get to and unplugged. Couldnt get it working. So we couldn't keep our leftovers refrigerated. Pool too small. Teenagers were being unsupervised and being Loud in the pool area. Didn't have extra blankets for the hideabed

Breakfast was excellent, the kids enjoyed it. Friendly, welcoming staff. It was near everywhere we needed to be for those three weeks, and had everything we could want. Clean, too. Excellent all around.

The only potential downside was the relative lack of laundry facilities in the hotel. Only one washer/dryer set every other floor (so two sets in the whole place). And one of the dryers was on the fritz, so there was really only one dryer for five floors. Didn't impact me all that much though.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows comfy. Staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome with freshly made oatmeal and lots of add on's. Enjoyed spending time on the patio with the gas fire pit. Great value for the money!

The wifi is not secure and this could be easily rectified. Reported that the sink was leaking x 3, but it continued to leak. Housekeeping made their rounds fairly early. For those not checking out, 0910 a bit early for housekeeping. Suggest 1000.

The rooms were clean and well furnished. We had six people sleeping in the deluxe queen suite. Two Queen beds and then a couch as a twin bed and pull out trundle twin bed. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options for even picky kids :). The neighborhood is a mix of commercial and residential and was nice to take a stroll around the area. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

The bathroom door was an opaque glass, so if someone used the bathroom at night, the light traveled through the entire room - while others were trying to sleep. We ended up using our own nightlight in there so we didn't need to turn on the light when we someone used it in the middle of the night. If the door was solid/wood, it wouldn't be an issue.

Breakfast was great! I liked the bacon, eggs and waffles. I like the fresh fruit choices and the muffins. It was a good variety of food. The server, Marilyn, was exceptionally friendly and kept the area neat and clean. I am sure she is a valued employee and an asset to the Mariott family!

I didn't like the slow removal of snow and ice from the sidewalk outside the front door. The parking lot was not plowed, nor salted. That created an unsafe area for walking and driving.

Everything was clean and the staff was very quick to help with anything needed.

The beds were not super comfortably and the sliding door on the bathroom slid too easily. Very little force and it would slam against the wall. It would also have been nice to have a way to only have 1 dim light on in the bathroom as the glass door let lots if light through.

Fantastic minimalist hotel with great amenities (gym, pool, bar/happy hour, snack/drinks for purchase), friendly staff, great breakfast (included!). Close to everything you need. Loved our king suite with sleeper sofa/trundle for our college-age son. Exceptional property. Would stay again for sure and highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, a very nice shower and the continental breakfast was excellent. I was especially thankful that they had some many healthy options and a large variety of good food to start the day.

The room arrangement was kind of weird in regards to how the TV counselor be viewed by everyone.
