Wingate by Wyndham - Arlington Heights

Clean, odorless, rooms. Quiet area. Safe neighborhood. Man that worked night shift was friendly and gave us an extra key because we dropped it outside somewhere by accident. For the price around the Chicago area, was the right price compared to other high end hotels. Interior was nicer and bigger room than I expected. Have stayed in more expensive hotels that didn't look as nice or clean as this place. Had a full size couch in the room which isn't typical of a standard hotel room so that was a nice addition.

Breakfast was put away too early. Would like to have it until 10 am not 9am.

We liked everything very much. Thank you for your hospitality. We planned to stay one night but extended it for three. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are large and have almost everything you need. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Very friendly lady who supervised the food at the buffet.

I would like to have more care products in the room: shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also a little embarrassed by the lack of a couple of bottles of water. The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. It has large stains that no one tried to clean. Neighbors in other rooms constantly smoked and because of the tobacco smell it was unpleasant to be in the corridor.

The hotel is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, close to many shops and restaurants. I really liked the cleanliness and upscale treatment of all staff. Everything inside the room is as it should, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good and commensurate with the price of the accommodation. Parking is available all the time.

The first morning, we were surprised by the bathroom sink full of drain water, our room was on the second floor and there seemed to be a plumbing problem. I informed the front desk and she promised to solve the problem during the day. After returning in the evening I noticed that the bathroom was clean and thought the problem was solved! The next morning we woke up to a sound of water flowing in the bathroom and the shower was soaked with drain water. I informed the receptionist and this time I asked for a room change, my request was respectfully responded to and we were transferred to a room on the 4th floor. I thought it was a casual problem, and the hotel is still excellent in my opinion :)

Excellent breakfast. Very quiet and comfortable( and clean) Except one thing! There was a loud jangling noise coming from either MY heating/cooling unit or ANOTHER room's heating / cooling unit It was going on and off all night long. I was in Room 302 It was an annoying rattling noise Other than that it was a great stay

The location is great- walking distance from Mitsuwa Marketplace. The hotel is next to Arlington Heights Rd, but you cannot hear the traffic. A lot of shade from the trees, so your car stays cool. Nice gym with two very versatile machines which substitute free weights. The lobby and room was very clean and smelled nice. Good value for the money. I would stay here again if the chance arises.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the quality of the bed, bedding, and clean room. Very nice to have a little fridge and microwave. But one of the best was breakfast!!!

The sink in the bathroom was clattered and water drainage was poor. The TV stations had very bad signals and was impossible to watch any of the channels.

The hotel is in a great location right next to a Dunkin’ Donuts and other places to eat. The room service was delicious and all of the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean and coffee was available all morning. The room was immaculate and smelled clean and fresh. The king bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. You really can’t get any better for the price. Great place to stay!

There was a girl when I checked in and was very friendly and kind. The room was big enough for my party and clean. Definitely coming back. Nice price, kind staff, good location, and clean.

Well, you could see that some towels and stuff in the bathroom are a bit old, compare to other four or five-star hotels, but it didn't bother me.

Everything was good . The rooms are clean and nice and they are comfortable and you feel relaxed there. receptions are polite and friendly and try to satisfy guests. The rooms are quiet For the price it's the best in Chicago in my opinion.

They did not have an electric kettle and the back door was not working and they did not fix it and this issue made it difficult to carry things to the car parking.

it was super close to the mall so it was wonderful. it was also close to ah dunkin’ donuts. like ah 35 mins drive to chicago which isn’t bad, but ah long drive.

i didn’t like the door handle to the room because it got stuck halfway when you try to turn it, but if you fully push it down with a lot of force, the door handle will open to the room. it got super annoying, especially when we had a lot of our stuff in our hands.
