Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (ate at expo.) I loved all the interesting seating types and all the locations there were for solitude, 2 to 3 people chatting area and group gathering.

The room contained 2 beds and a sofa. One of the beds was really close to the wall. Why was vacuuming done outside my door, at 1:30am?

I did not realize there was free breakfast the staff never informed me.

I would of like a spot for families to enjoy themselves and kids could play with such a large venue it's possible.

this is one of our favorite hotels it’s close to our favorite shopping it has wonderful amenities and it’s beautiful inside and the rooms are amazing the hotel is absolutely clean and well decorated with artwork and classy furniture it’s just beautiful.

The entire lobby, restaurant area is gorgeous and unique. So many seating areas, each individually designed, to meet in or simply sit alone with a book or your computer if you have to work.

Truly the only complaint I have is that the doors connecting to the events center are not set up with automatic openers, thus not handicap accessible.

I like it that when I first arrived at the hotel the person at the front desk was beyond friendly welcoming and made me feel comfortable

I do not like the fact that when I went to the bar at 9:30 the hosts set us or shall I say the bartender sets us but did not get to us for order until 10:07 at that time which the kitchen was then closed he danced around other tables but didn't come to us so even say kitchen closes at 10

The breakfast was good. Had a good variety and the service was excellent. Location was good.

Room service was excellent, wish there would have been a fold out sofa, especially when you have three gentlemen in a room, otherwise, the room was great.

The property was spotless, beautiful and spacious! The decor was unbelievable when you walk into the front entrance and you walk into the second doors it’s like your are royalty because the doors open automatically! Like the doors said WELCOME! The stair casing is beautiful on the first floor when you walk in is absolutely gorgeous.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is great! The hotel bar is fantastic! The bartenders are wonderful and the live entertainment rocked!

The pool was extremely dirty! The onsite steak restaurant is only available to private parties. The top 2 reasons for choosing this hotel was for the pool and restaurant.

Cleanliness, location, amenities

We booked the Top Floor with access to the lounge and the card to access it did not work although we were told it would and were told of the many perks of having access to it.
