clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, loved that the pool was indoors

I didn’t like paying a deposit. I usually pay for my room online and when I get there it is already taken care of, however, I was charged another $100 after I arrived, and I was not anticipating that.

We stayed here to attend a family party near by and we couldn't of been happier with our choice. From start (owner/front desk extremely patience with our CC issues) to finish and everything in between was great. The owners obviously care about the guests and you see it. Fresh baked cookies (out of this world good!! BTW) and coffee/cold water , tea bags available 24/7 The breakfast is perfect with breakfast sandwiches and homemade waffles (even had chocolate chips) along with fresh juice etc. Vending machines on site for snacks and drinks too! Pool is small but immaculately clean. They are currently renovating mainly the floors but it wasn't at all an inconvenience or noisy. Anything you can imagine is available near by. If you can't find something it's not fault of the area! The hotel even offers discounts at the local eatery's. 20% off at IHOP Can't wait to come back

The room was clean and comfortable. My Granddaughter enjoyed the pool. Good location for the parks and Hoppers Cabin.

We checked out at 10am after breakfast and my Granddaughter went to front desk and asked for a cookie. The woman working felt the need to tell me she wasn't the kind of Mom that gave her children cookies at 10 in the morning, I suggest you tell your Front Desk associates to keep their opinion to themselves.

Everything from location to staff to the breakfast to our room location. It was great.

We were right by the main staircase so there was a bit of noise all the time which could have been reduced with a door flap or something on the bottom of the door. That is not a complaint. but a suggestion. I would stay here again, in that exact room and would recommend others to as well.

It is convenient to the Silver Comet Trail, lots of restaurants near by, indoor whirlpool and pool, breakfast is good.

We've stayed here for many times over the years and this time the internet was terrible, it kept going down and it is very slow. This is the first time we had trouble with it.

Close to my daughters house

I had booked and prepaid for a handicapped room and upon arrival they said that someone else had extended their stay in the room. I think since I paid for the handicapped room that the other person should have been moved to another room.

The staff were very friendly. The pool was nice and the grandchildren enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable.

There was something that attacked my allergies the moment I came into my room and I got stuffy and congested while there. My toilet had a leak but it was later fixed by maintenance. There really need to be gloves in the breakfast area for the self serve due to the covid and the pandemic we are in. Yes, I did have on gloves and I had wipes with while in the area before I opened anything. I made sure I used a wipe on the juice machine anything that was touched. There need to be wipes or someone making sure things are wiped down.

I always stay at this property when I come back in town in Georgia I’m originally from Atlanta Georgia and I come in for the weekend sometimes just to see family and friends The room is always clean clean and staff has nice front desk people there are some that have some attitudes but normally are nice and the pool is great

This particular time but I did not like about the property was I arrived at about 1:30 in the morning which I normally do and I never have any problems getting into my room but this particular time my room was giving away them my reservation was there but my room was giving away so I had to go somewhere else with my kids at two in the morning I would stay there again as usual because it’s close to my family and friends

The room was spacious and everything we needed was there. The pool was a big hit for the grand-kids that visited us there. Breakfast was also very good!

The pillows were too small and too soft. I'd like to see standard pillows on the beds. Some flavored creamers for coffee would also be great.

The bed was comfy and the shower was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with our grandsons. The staff was very accommodating. We'll stay here again when we visit our family.

Breakfast was okay. The yogurt station was very nice. It would have been better with some eggs and sausage, but I realize staffing issues are still affecting every business out there.
