Americas Best Value Inn Douglasville

I travel to this area for work twice a year and have stayed here before and will stay here again. The rooms are large and spacious and kept clean. The staff at the front desk and in housekeeping are very friendly and efficient. The housekeeping is daily - which is a luxury in these post-COVID times, let a constant traveler tell you! The breakfast is barebones (coffee, juice, donuts, muffins) but again, in these post-COVID times, that’s above and beyond for a budget motel! Also, they have AMPLE truck parking, plenty of room for big rigs even.

The pillows are a little lumpy. The fridge could be larger. But these are only issues for me because I stay here so long at a time (I’ll be here for a month this time). For a few days I’d not even notice.

I didn't eat the breakfast because I'm not a morning person Lobby was clean though they are in the process of remodeling which was impressive Staffing as always was friendly and and handled my reservation quickly I dealt with at least three people and all were friendly stayed here before and always enjoy my stay as a person with mobility issues I believe they need walk-in showers but what you do have is adequate for most people

My only complaint is they do not have walk-in showers for people with mobility issues when I travel if I have a choice I will stay somewhere that has walk-in showers

Clean room and the staff was very pleasant. This was our second stay here and we enjoyed the stay. We will probably stay here again.

Bed pillows were lumpy and the bed was a bit on the harder side. Ironing board was broken and the air conditioner didn't work so great.

The hotel was actually very nice! If I would of listen to the terrible reviews I wouldn’t have stayed! The hotel and my experience was nothing like the bad reviews! The front desk was sweet, my room was nice not dirty there wasn’t any mold anywhere. I was very happy with my stay! Me and my kids enjoyed the 4 nights we had at this hotel!!

The only dislike is that the bathroom floors have no grip when climbing out. My children slipped and fell multiple times! However that didn’t make my stay bad. They wasn’t hurt to bad! Maybe y’all should try putting rubber grips or something in the bathroom floor. If a older person was to fall they might could hurt themselves really bad!!

quiet area without any noise, microwave was clean, sheets appeared clean, and ac worked well.

bathroom wall was unclean had something brown on it, shower head fixture in bathroom was broken, the bathroom washcloth had a brown stain on it, no blankets in the room just a quilt, and they only had prepackaged muffins and juice for breakfast.

I live in the area and when I need to get away for a couple of days I will use this Motel usually staff is always friendly rooms usually clean

This time the only problem I had was the heater unit the fan would not automatically turn on and off

Good value for the money. Good location.

The shower floor was very slick and I fell. As I was falling my body caught the curtain and the rod came loose. I could tell afterward that the rod was being held in a patched area so I'm guessing others had fallen in the past. Luckily I wasn't injured by the fall.

The breakfast was continental and average It's always clean near the food set up

I love my stay everytime I come.. it's private .. clean and most efficient with their stays.

No breakfast; disappointing. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable.

Breakfast, as stated, would have been nice. At least a cup of coffee to go, but nothing.

Staff was very friendly. Nice and quiet and I even paid less then the price given here because I paid cash
