Location to the event I was attending

Rooms were not as advertised on the website.

Everything was clean and the room was really comfortable.

I think there were some people in the room next door that we’re playing songs and it was really late, I know it’s not the hotel’s fault so I won’t attribute it to them. Also the area around the hotel isn’t the safest so I’d recommend people to be extra careful when walking at night and avoid doing it if possible.

The location is excellent, cheap UBER’s from the Airport and to downtown. walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The staff were all very friendly. The air conditioner worked great and we kept the room ice cold (how we like it!) We didn’t partake, however the continental breakfast looked and smelled amazing.

The entire building had a very strong smell of marijuana, the blinds in our room reeked, and when we closed them it became nearly overwhelming at times. It wasn’t pleasant, however it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again… all the good points easily outweigh the smell.

We arrived at our event and I was quite weary because of reviews. The lovely lady (wish I remembered her name)at the reception was Wonderful! It was perfect for game day. I just wish they had more parking and we didn’t have to go across the street and park. Overall, it was a good experience. For the price and location, it was well worth it.

When I was checking out two days later on a Monday, around 8-9 a.m. I returned our keys and there was a new girl, rude, no smile, said “put it in the box” with an attitude, was wearing pajamas, and parked right at the front steps where customers should be able to load up and put.

From the time I walked into the facility, I was met with a young lady who showed me and my sister nothing but total respect. I had the option of choosing between two rooms which one we wanted. Room 403 was extremely large. Thanks to housekeeping, we had plenty of towels. The lobby always had a fresh and clean smell. After ordering out one night, the hotel staff found ketchup for us. This hotel staff made sure our smallest of needs were met and for that I would recommend them to anyone. If and whenever I return to Atlanta, I will be staying at this same hotel. Thanks to all who does whatever is needed to make others feel at ease.

I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

Convenient to where I needed to be. Close to downtown Atlanta, and close to the interstate.

Was told we'd have breakfast carry out because of covid, was a lie, also no snack machine in the lobby like your ad said it was that's also was not true.

I liked the location in correlation to Mercedes Benz stadium. I liked the over all facilities of the hotel. The staff was friendly. It was very clean. And the parking fee is very affordable for a short trip. I would definitely stay again.

There’s really not much I didn’t like. The only thing that was a mild ‘meh’ was the bathroom is small, along with the sink. Unless you plan on spending a lot of time in the bathroom then there’s really no issue.

Property is walking distance to Stadium.

Covid so no breakfast. It smelled like weed everywhere. Parking in back lot is horrible, the lot across the street doesn’t look inviting, and would worry about my car if we had to park there.

The location was perfect to go to the Mercedes Bens Stadiums we couldve walked but wasnt to sure on the area . The staff was great the lady who checked us in was very sweet an made us feel really comfrontable an like we were family. The guy that worked that night when we got back from concert it was around 12/1 AM. we were going to use the vending machine and it didnt take cards well he gave us bottled water to get us by for the night He was very nice as well. I would definaty stay again

The mattress was excellent. The shower was great with a nice spray from the shower head. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. The location was in walking distance to Mercedes Benz stadium. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioner worked great without making too much noise. Check-in time was 3pm and we were able to check-in at 1pm which was super helpful.

The hotel is not in the best part of Atlanta. The room had a stale musty smell. There was dried snot smeared on the wall above the toilet paper holder.
