The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta

The club lounge was the best part.

check in was chaos. there were people everywhere while staff (valets) stood around. we had to get our own cart and find our own way to the front desk. the front desk was mobbed with guests and there were only two employees working. we paid for club access but our cards did not work. we had to go back down to the chaos and wait again to get the card access fixed. the room was very small but the view was nice. overall I would say that it is not worth 700 dollars per night for a queen room with access to the club lounge. I will stay somewhere else next time.

I loved the view, the staff was great and the room was cleaner than any other hotels we've stayed in. The hotel was located near everything and that was a major plus because traffic is terrible in Atlanta lol. Mini bar stocked. Carpet felt clean and s soft!

There were grapes we didn't haven't found on floor. The extra $25 for a microwave, paid parking every time you left the building and the nasty attitude from one of the housekeepers when I asked for clean towels and bath cloths after we returned to find the dirty ones hadn't been replaced. She also claimed she had cleaned our room and left some bit that wasn't true. The bed was OK but was slumped down on both sides and raised in the middle. Mini bar grossly overpriced! Room small to be 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Excellent extremely helpful security staff!

The check in staff forgot to tell me that my stay included breakfast so I missed the first breakfast. Upon checking out they mentioned it so I went to have breakfast and they told me they just closed. I requested to see the manager and was ultimately served.

Overall everything was nice. Staff was great, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Best two nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The AG restaurant was excellent with excellent service. location was great, within short walking distance from many of downtown Atlanta’s features. I’m particular my trip included a show at the Masquerade, short 10min walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was pretty good to the interstate and airport. The beds were clean and the shower was pretty much clean.

The noise was a bit excessive even on the 23rd floor with a noise machine. Not sure what was going on across the street but it was loud. The sink did not drain and when I took the stopper out to drain it, it needed to be cleaned terribly. Other things like the mirror, around the faucets, etc we’re dirty.

I enjoyed mistake I enjoy the hospitality everything was lovely The breakfast was great even though I forgot to add it with my package when I booked so I missed out on the special bar lever as well as the breakfast for the two days that we was there.

It would have been nice if the room came with a refrigerator without a up charge and on the television program so that you know what you are watching but overall the visit was great I had the city view but I did not see the ferris wheel usually I have the view with the ferris wheel but not this time.

The Ritz Carlton usual confort and elegance

The drab car access, beige and dated The location is great for the proximity to the park and attractions but not very safe to walk around (specially at night). The neighborhood feels abandoned and full of homeless and seedy people. Nowhere to eat after 10 pm. When one checks in late there should be options in the hotel for guests (specially with young children) , at least some drinks and snacks (basic stuff , milk, etc). Nothing around the hotel to buy anything. The man who checked us in recomendable Grubhub?? Really??

It was quite and clean Staff was very nice.

We arrived late from the airport traveling from California. There was nothing offered to eat. It would have been nice to have a sandwich or a cheese and meat platter. I was not going to wander the streets of Atlanta at 1:30 am for a meal. Especially for a female. I do not Door dash or uber. I was Concierge for Park Hyatt. I would do anything to make a guest happy.

Exquisite, elegant, warm, beautiful, clean, lively, beautiful decor.

Location was wayyyy downtown. Never did feel 100% about walking around too much but other people were. This is an original and it IS THE RITZ CARLTON, ATLANTA. Very pro active with safety. Only way in is the front door.

not enough space in the lumen area and the poached eggs for breakfast were more like hard boiled both of them for the price, the cook should have remade them or he/she needs more practice cooking poached eggs...and wifi was not free, wifi is free at 1 star hotels lol you would think a 5 star would at least offer free wifi
