Breakfast and the quality of the room

Entrance was a lil too sharp to drive ...furniture was a lil damaged chair and sofa were peeled

Stay was good, quiet. Some construction for renovations, but didn't bother us. AC worked good. Close to Interstate to visit Legoland and beaches near by. Comfortable beds, clean. Rooms well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer...

Checked in, went to room and housekeeping hadn't clean from previous guest. Had to go back down, quick fix with the 2 rooms. Elevator is horrible. Ended up doing stairs to 3rd floor to unload, load and anytime we went out. Parking can be limited at times.

Were in for the just the night, spent the day at the beach, which is a few minutes drive. The hotel is right off the freeway. Plenty parking. Breakfast included is a must for me, they had the classic continental plenty of coffee and working waffle makers!

The hotel is right at the exit of the off ramp, blink and you'll miss it. We missed it. Twice. Not hotels fault.

Room Size/Kind, happy, helpful front desk, close to all the reasons we went to San Diego

The cost was three times what we have always paid and at that price we had to make our own beds and did not get clean towels, only one large towel ( we had to share) and the bathroom door had a big patch on it that had not been sanded or repainted, and the TV did not work!

Price and personnel. We would stay there again with bigger parking spaces.

I have a very expensive vehicle and parking very small. Should have an area where bigger vehicles can park. My door was scratched trying to get in and out even though they said manager indicated no problem. Also found a small wet towel in the tub when we checked into the room. Also entering and exiting directions.

Located next to the freeway and the beaches. Malls close by.

A little bit of a drive to restaurants. Noticed the remote for the tv was chewed up, so took a bit of time to get it replaced.

I like the fridge and microwave.

Room is run-down. Coffee was weak and tasteless. Carpet was stained. When the maids clean the rooms, they should report carpet stains immediately and clean them ASAP. Dirtiness breeds dirtiness—-when guests see the stains, they are more likely to be careless and add to the stains.

Staff AMAZING! Breakfast like pre-pandemic with options missed by other places SO APPRECIATED! Clean, rooms serviced, housekeeping absolute best service, accommodating & friendly, great location, fridge, microwave & coffee in room!

Short on parking & not enough spaces, all staff exceptional…then a new manager arrived & I wasn’t able to justify extending with rate increase or service lacking luster after that, sadly. Previous management was better.

Clean room and the lighting multiple lightings very cool.

The breakfast only because I know we pay for that as well just thought would have at least eggs, sausage , bacon, …. Ect

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Pool and Jacuzzi, comfortable beds, good water pressure, large TVs, continental breakfast, comfortable sheets, quiet rooms.

Common items after my many weeks there this year. Missing wall cover plates for electrical, missing fire sprinkler, fire alarms missing out out of battery escussions, leaking shower fixtures, small holes in walls, a few times the AC was broken.
