Hampton Inn Suites Tucson Tech Park

Wow! IMMACULATE! The whole facility is clean and fresh. The surroundings are well kept. Our room was so comfortable. The bed felt fantastic after 14 hours driving. The shower was very clean and great water pressure. The gym was well maintained and felt like all new equipment. The free breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, waffles, juice and, my favorite, biscuits n gravy. Well stocked and, again, just clean. There are a few choices of nice restaurants within a 10 minute drive, as well as a small shopping center, also clean, lol. Great value, too. We paid over $300 in San Antonio for what turned out to be a roach motel. This beautiful, clean, comfy stop gave us the restful night we needed to get up and finish our 7 hour drive home for much less $.

That we couldn't stay longer. Had to get home to Calofornia.

The room was large and clean. The bed including the sofa bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big and lightning was good. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel is on the east side of Tucson away from the city, so if you stay there and you’re traveling from the west, be sure to eat dinner prior to your arrival. The only restaurant’s in the area are Subway and Burger King and they close early.

it was a newer facility.

the staff at the front desk were not accommodating about an early check in. even after I called and left a message to ask for an early check in. and when we drove to the property and asked they said maybe check back at 3:30. which we did and it wasn’t ready still. it was his tone …. he seemed annoyed we wanted to check in 1 hour early. as it ended up we didn’t get our keys until 4:10. check in is at 4pm

Clean and spacious

This Hampton does not allow dogs. I thought all Hampton's allowed pets. We were charged an extra $50 because our dogs entered our room. We were told they weren't allowed to stay.

I enjoyed the kind staff and the Cleanliness of the facility.

In the middle of my stairs, the toilet mechanism broke and I was transferred to a new room… Unfortunately the new room was of lower quality than the first room I was in. The first room had a walk-in shower while the second room had a tub shower that was much less comfortable with lower water pressure. This was my only frustration.

I was worried when I saw the location thinking it was too far out but as it turns out it was perfect! Easy to find and parking was great. The breakfast delicious- although 1 day out of milk and 1 day out if apple juice. But all in all really so good!

I was disappointed with the staff. I’m a talker. One of the main reasons we came was for Saguaro National park. We asked young man at desk if he could tell us how far it was (we did have our own map) - all he said he didn’t know anything about it- he had never been there. I want you to know the few staff we saw- were all cordial but the girl at front desk in the morning both days- her head was buried in her computer. We instigated good morning. I didn’t like that- I think employees should be interested in their guests. The nicest was the woman in the breakfast space/ very personable. I liked her. I was impressed with mask mandate- but many of guests did not wear them even though there are many signs.

Wheelchair accessible showers need to be looked at. Water rolled all over the floor, at times to the opposite side of the bathroom. Could be a probable water issue at some point in the rooms below. Should have installed a small barrier which a wheelchair could easily roll over or put in an elongated drain along the length of the shower for water to run into so it's not all over the floor.

Could hear a lot of noise from rooms above (people talking, housekeeping carts, people walking heavily). Could also easily hear people outside my room talking. Housekeeping didn't announce before attempting to enter my room........my girlfriend and I were still in bed.

Room we booked was not ready when we arrived but got upgraded so no complaints. Good breakfast selection. Property is new so all in good shape. Easy access to freeway.

We had an emergency come up and had to leave Sunday late afternoon. Was hoping we would have some consideration on rate for that night but didn’t get it.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here last minute because we were at gem and jam music festival camping and our tent got destroyed in the wind. Coming back to this place after an experience like that was so refreshing, check in was a breeze and the whole experience was just amazing. Next year we will definitely be returning here !!

Nothing it was perfect

Very modern hotel. Room was spacious well equipped. Bathroom was huge by chain hotel standards. wifi worked well. View of the mountains from the room was nice.

the room refrigerator did not keep food cold enough. the TV location was a bit odd. you had to physically slide the TV to allow viewing in both bed or sofa.
