Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North Happy Valley

Everything was great. The staff was some of the best I have ever met. Omar was very accommodating during check-in. The woman serving breakfast was very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast was great. The food was excellent. Great job by the cook. We will definitely recommend this hotel. We will be visiting again.

Breakfast was good would have liked food a little hotter however. Room/bathroom clean. Friendly staff.

Would be nice to have all or half of pool covered...water was very warm & too hot to be in direct sunlight. Would like ice machines on every floor!

Love the location the staff especially corin manager she was very welcoming and fantastic !!! The beds hella comfy the pool and spa A+ The shower was huge space for two!! The bar was my favorite the drinks on point shout out to the bartenders! The chef great tacos! Overall 5 star rating a great stay

Liked the cleanliness, comfortability, and kind staff. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was great! John and the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful. We will be staying here again for sure.

Everything! It was amazing for the reasonable price! Check in staff were so happy! The breakfast lady was incredible also. She remembered all the drinks and was so welcoming!

The hotel was great. Beds are comfortable,room was clean, very pretty hotel. Pool area was nice.

Just one little thing .. was the hot tub. Jets was so power full and load. Couldn't relax in it. That is the one thing I like to do is relax in the hot tub when I go to a hotel

Long story short: if it meets your initial parameters of location and price range - then yea, go ahead and try. There's nothing blowing your mind, nor real bad, that hotel is pretty much satisfactoty - clean, sort of comfortable, friendly to some extand - all regular things that you would expect from an average good hotel. Thats a solid 8 out of 10.

Walls are made of paper looks like. I heard everythinh around me. A crying baby on my left, A couple having sex on my right, laughing people in the corridor, and hell knows what else upstairs.

Although we had a couple hiccups in the beginning they exceeded my expectations very clean and accommodating to me and my family would definitely book again

I need to remember to ask ahead of time where’s the ice machine. This hotel had ice machine on floors 2 & 4, of course we were on the 1st floor. Otherwise everything was wonderful and staff was very friendly and helpful.

People were walking past the reception area with no masks. Your signs requiring face coverings at the door need to be more conspicuous. And those entering the property should have to adhere to the rules for everyone’s safety. 2nd floor has a musty overwhelming cigarette smell lingering. On a non smoking floor. Housekeeping tried to enter the room at 8:00 am when they saw my husband walk out with his bag, the day of our checkout. I was still sleeping.
