very convenient location. very pretty.

parking was awful. it was hard to find a spot at any time during the day or night.

The location was great too shopping and food.

Bed wasn't super comfortable.

Loved the room, appreciated the upgrade, Really Loved the spaciousness (large kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms) Was able to access the outdoor mall and all of its facilities effortlessly. Overall experience was great.

Dirty earplugs in the nightstand, dirty socks hanging in the closet and the tub needed to be cleaned. We asked them twice ro come and get the items as well as clean the tub and they never came.

We enjoyed the view of the pond and carousel. The pool/patio was nice especially first thing in the quiet morning. Crystal was very welcoming as we checked in and Jeff was accommodating during my swim while he was tending to patio maintenance. My companion said the breakfast buffet was really good, too.

The edge of the bed frame was rough on the legs.

The view was stunning. Loved the bathroom. All in all will be back very beautiful and everyone was so caring and friendly.

I didn't like the fact I paid for a standard room with one king bed but they put us in a room with two double beds. We was basically told they had to move us to another room because the regulars (more important people) had to have our room. How was we not important I had booked and reserved it first. Nor did they give us a discount. So that's the only bad thing about our whole stay! BUT EVERYONE IS IMPORTANT AND MATTERS!

I love everything about the Element! The suite was spacious and very comfortable.

My only concern was that it took a long time to get someone on the line to order room service. It didn’t take long to place my order or receive my food but it did take a while to actually get someone on the line.

Excellent staff. Excellent location. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful view. Delicious breakfast.

No laundry bag in the closet I'm guessing the window was screwed shut for safety purposes but would have been nice to be able to open it and GET TO THE BALCONY. Aside from that excellent hotel. Staff services and location all 1000 🌟

The staff I met was exceptional. They were happy to help and had a very positive attitude; however, it was hard to find anyone to help. The breakfast was understaffed, the front desk was understaffed. I also liked that the elevators ran so smoothly. We never waited long for an elevator.

I did not have any wash cloths in my room. I requested of the front desk. She said a runner would deliver, but no one ever showed up. The breakfast was not adequately set up before the guests arrived. The rice was not cooked. There was little fruit. I had to ask for the unflavored oatmeal on both mornings. The Whole Wheat pancakes were appreciated. Every part of my experience would have been enhanced if there were more employs to help. As a guest, I felt like I was imposing on an employee because they all seemed overwhelmed and doing too many tasks to be able to help guests.

Chose because of location and cost.

Only reason did not get 10/10 was we went to Sage bar to get a appetizer and drink before dinner reservations and after 40 min we still had no appetizer.

I got us the King Suite and man that room was out of this world. The bathroom was breathtaking. The comfort the bed provided was amazing and being so high up the view was very nice it looked over all the other buildings so just saw skyline and stars!!!!
